We reached out to the owners of Sports Shop about a very close friend of ours, a previous teammate, that recently received a diagnosis of cancer. We wanted to have wrist bands embroidered in a 24 hour time frame to take to a tournament to support him and the family. The shop was closed for spring break but the owner arranged for the bands to be embroidered and covered the cost of the bands because he was a previous player for one of his baseball organizations and has a huge heart! We are blown away by the generosity of The Sports Shop in Benton and highly recommend them. Owners are great and love kids and families. Thank you for all you do for our community.

I always receive great service at Sports Shop. They are my go-to for any Benton Panther gear. If they don't have what I am looking for in stock they will make it for me while I wait. I have also ordered team jerseys from them and they did a great job with the design and they came in right on schedule. I would highly recommend Sports Shop to anyone!

I recommend this place of business for all your personalizing needs on any clothing or sports attire. I had family Thanksgiving shirts made, Christmas vacation shirts made and when I got engaged I had them make me quite a few different I said yes! Shirts and sweatshirt.

We have used different companies over the years, but the Sport Shop in Benton is definitely the best! They have always taken good care of us, and always provided quality work in a timely manner. They may have changed hands a time or two over the years, but we definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for personalized shirts, hats, bags, blankets, and more! They have a great team, and are always friendly and helpful, and they support their community. You won't regret using their services.

Pricing was great compared to online companies our company had been quoted. Package came in split shipments but the company let us know with inventory issues this may happen. Updates and customer service were wonderful.

Worst service ever. Ordered a uniform, waited 4 weeks. At first it was the end of the week, but they kept pushing the date. I finally just cancelled the order because I got tired of being lied too. Also was charged double for masks that were advised for cheaper online. Just save your time and money. Shop somewhere else!
