My unit at the Benton location was recently robbed along with the other units in my section due to a design flaw. The place was trashed and while several known things were stolen there is no way to know for sure what all was taken as I live out of state and do not have the time off work to do a complete inventory. For this reason, I also did not have the time to try to move out my remaining belongings or find a new storage location and just decided to trust their word that they would be correcting their mistake. A week after learning of the break-in, I got an email from their main office stating that rent was going up. My unit was robbed and items belonging to both my deceased mother and deceased grandmother were taken with no way to retrieve and no way to reimburse, and now they are raising my rent. I am very disappointed in this business.

I’ve had my storage here for about 3 years and it’s very clean. I’ve had 3 different sizes and they fit perfectly. Mrs Kassie is so sweet and helpful! It makes renting easier. The best part is the surveillance, I have a camera that seems to point right over my unit. Oh and mine has electricity! It comes in handy with my fan in the summer.

Being my first time to rent a storage unit I was a bit nervous when I called but was put totally at ease when they explained plainly the sizing and prices that were available. About a week later I went in to sign the lease and she went through the process of what was the exact expectations of me as far as payment and etiquette for the rental as well as going over the security that they provide. As for the unit I was provided it was very clean and might I add...no odd odors ??almost had that new car smell. I give them the Chuck Norris two thumbs up!??

Had a fantastic experience with the Benton location. Very clean, climate controlled units that are easy to get in and out of. The office manager Kassandra is very helpful and sweet and made my experience so easy. Highly recommend using this location and if I ever need storage again, will definitely go back.

I used MyStorage in Benton for just over a year now. We rented two units, one climate controlled, while we moved and built a new home. The units are well built and clean. No issues whatsoever with rodents or critters. Easy access and secure. Everything we needed. And to top everything off, the customer service was outstanding! (Thank you, Kassie!) I’ve rented with 4 different storage units in my lifetime, and this one has been the best one so far. Highly recommended.

My husband got the last of our items out of storage. I am so thankful everything was in tact and not damaged. No pests, no rodents. We were two and a half hours from the unit and never had to worry about it. Thank you, Kassie and staff!

Won a storage in an auction. Everything was placed perfectly for display in the pictures to make it seem worth it. Safes were pryed open and already emptied and tool cases with no tools. Everything in there wasn't worth even storing. Everything. Just my opinion.
