Bad weather ripped my glass sauna door off and shattered it. The sauna company said I could order one, but it would be cheaper to have one made. It took several calls to find a glass shop willing to help me. Mr Jones personally took my measurements and had the door custom made for me. His staff was very helpful in letting me know when my order was ready. I hope I don't ever need to order another door, but a great experience with Jones Glass!

Months have gone by since we had them out to look at some windows! We even called a few weeks after and left a message! No estimate email like promised and no call back

From the day I called Jones Glass until the day my shower doors and mirrors were installed it was right at a month!! (I had horrible experiences with 2 other companys) Excellent customer service and the guys that did the install were top notch. Great product.. love my new bathroom!!!

A few miss communications, but they were resolved to both parties satisfaction. Crew dis a fantastic job of measuring and installation. Very professional. Extremely satisfied. Jones going forward will be my go to place for all my glass needs.

We re-purposed some mirrors. They picked up & delivered. Added chrome trim to mirrors and installed the mirrors centering them with laser technology.

I'm currently working with them on a bathroom project and shower remodel. Johnny has been awesome in his communication and thought process regarding the different options we have. They have provided a great heads up and are timely in their visits to my home to measure. I look forward to the completed project! Thanks Jones Glass!

I had ordered some very expensive family photos and when they came in the frames had no glass, went over to Jones Glass and they were able to cut some same day. The price was more than reasonable and the staff were very nice and helpful.

I hope no one gives this company the time of day, considering they will take your money and never communicate about installation AND fail to provide an accurate installation date. We paid for a window pane on March 22, and they never called to let us know it was in. They have done the whole no-call no-show dance on THREE separate occasions. Our window pane is at their facility and they have our money, but here we are now in June, they still will not give a firm installation date. 0/10–do not recommend.

the worst company in benton award goes to.... Jones Glass with the worst husband /wife team that are both bullies !!!!!So I have a rant about Jones glass in Benton, We mow it all busted out my back glass back in the end of April and they hired them to replace the glass, was told it would take 2 weeks to get the glass after it was paid for in the 10th of May, it took 3 1/2 weeks and was never given a phone call about it taking longer I had to call myself to find this out. After they got it in it took them another week for them to schedule to come out (granite it was nice schedule time it was a daily time of either Monday or Tuesday). After no one showed up nor called I called them this morning to be told well we didn’t have enough workers and the owner (which is the only person that called to set up appointments) was out yesterday and today. So with me being upset I left a review on there page (nothing nasty just the facts) and now the wife’s owner calls me to tell me that I am not the customer that we mow it all is and that they will not come out to fix the glass until I take the review down.

The crew measured my window and placed the order. They said it would be 2 weeks. I called to see if the window had come in and they said they would schedule an appointment to install it. I called 3 weeks later and a very rude woman told me that it had not been ordered, that it wouldn't be ordered until I paid in full. I told her that I had not been informed of that or I would have paid. She said in a sarcastic tone that that is their policy. I paid and it took 2 more weeks for the window to come in. The installers were courteous and efficient but I would not recommend Jones Glass to anyone.

Bad. Stay away. Not an honorable people. Refuse to refund or do the work. I anticipate getting a phone call screaming at me to take this review down. Lots of other worthy competitors.
