For some reason my mail will always say delivered but never actually delivered. Always have to go in person, typically met with a rude person.
Update: mail just gets delievered to the wrong address all the time, then they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. get nervous anytime i see something sent via usps

Came here to pick up a package for my 15-year-old sister, I had all the information needed to pick up the package and was met with nothing but rude comments by the older man working there and hateful comments. not a positive experience at all. I just want people to be aware when picking up their packages that they could be met with this experience.

I have lived in Bella Vista, AR, since 1997, and if I use Highlands PO, my mail is always late it takes "at least" 10 days. I overnighted a small package to my husband, who is currently in physical therapy rehab in Huntsville,ARPaid 30.00 on feb 13th and still hasn't gotten there. He needed it today. US Post Office. Why don't they do something?

They are always slow and never deliver mail to the correct address. When you file a missing mail request, they say that they'll answer you back and never do. The post office is a complete joke. If I didn't have to use the post office I wouldn't. I wouldn't recommend the postal service to anyone.

Asked for a redelivery on a Thursday and they tried the day before instead and when I called 5 times to get it sorted no one answered the phone.

I had a package that was never delivered, and the tracking info shows it was picked up on-site, even though I never came in. I’ve called and left my info and was told they’d call me back, but now any calls I make for an update are never answered and their “Answering machine is turned off.”An absolute joke. Is ID not required for picking up packages, or does this location just give out free mail?How about you guys call me back with an update since you have my info.

Worst postal service ever. Can’t deliver mail nor packages to the right address and will literally drive down my road but skip several mailboxes when I see I’m getting mail that day and same with my neighbors. I don’t see why they allow these lazy people to work there. I have never had an issue with mail till I moved to Bella vista.

Just one word - terrible. Wrong mail delivered or package not delivered at all constantly. Always use UPS if you need something reliably delivered.

I realize the Covid-19 has placed a lot of difficult times on various employers. But this Post Office has had many issues for years! Several times a month we receive someone else’s mail… mail that has an address from several blocks away to more than a mile from our address!Packages well receiving a package is like the TWILIGHT ZONE!!! Almost never delivered on time even though the tracking shows it is at their location! Many times packages are delivered dented, torn etc.! Even with informed delivery we still see poor service!Calling them is a 50-50 chance that someone will answer the phone, no matter what time you call during business hours!In general the entire US Postal Service has issues… for many years!
