Love being talked down to by the employees. Not everyone mails stuff every day. When I say I'm new and ask for help, Don't snap at me. Don't send me off with no instructions and then say that I did it wrong and inconvenienced you into having to redo my work. Please just help me when I ask for help. :/ I would recommend visiting another location if you can help it...

I am a new resident to Bella Vista. Beth at this post office went above and beyond to help me and I can’t express how welcome it made me feel in my new community. I ordered something for my boyfriend’s birthday and since I was a new resident, I was yet to have a key. Beth met me at my parcel box, checked my identity and made it possible for me to give my boyfriend his special gift. Incredible- thank you Beth- you rock!!!

I went in today to ask for a few small mail trays to use in our business and I was told they didn't have any at all. I find that pretty hard to believe. I was in Eureka Springs not long ago and stopped at their post office and they gave me the mail trays that I needed. The mail clerk even looked annoyed that I was asking such a thing.

I always feel like such a bother coming here. I would definently rather make the trip to bentonville than be mocked and embarrassed by the black man at the counter. And other people have said the same thing clearly. So why is he still there? Shameful

ZERO STARS! TOTALLY INEPT, do yourself a favor and drive to Bentonville! USPS is a disaster and needs to shut down, I would be happy to see these folks lose their jobs. TED

I don’t have to go to the post office very often. I did go this December and the ladies working were very quick and polite. They definitely know how to do their jobs.

My father, grandfather and grandmother all worked for the USPS. They are rolling in their graves knowing how horrible this brach is run. This branch is an embarrassment to the US Postal Service. Rudest people I'm ever dealt with. They just don't give a darn. Shame on them! I wish I could rate them with a zero but one is the lowest I could give.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever had at a post office. So unnecessarily rude! The guy with the beard is the only nice employee. Everyone else should not be working customer service with those god awful attitudes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

There is an older black gentleman in there that is unnecessarily rude. So much so that I've begun going all the way to Bentonville post office to avoid having to interact with him.

Post office in a quirky, uniquely rustic building with civil servants who have civil servant attitudes .

The hours here are not good for any one that works normal hours. 9-11 and 12-4, closed on weekends. Not sure how useful a post office is that is closed during hours it’s customers can visit. The postal workers are wonderful though, and very helpful

The guy who works the front desk is beyond rude. I think a qualification to work here must be that you hate your life and are miserable because that’s the energy he brings. Also so snappy and rude. Acts like using the tape for a $55 overnight box comes out of his own paycheck. He must be the keeper of the tape or something but lord.. please get some people in there who are pleasant.
