Guy working on 06/07/24 seemed to be on some illegal drugs. Asked him 4x for a $20 cart behind the counter and he just kept going on and on about how I needed to purchase a different product for $60. He refused to sell me the product I was asking for. Asked for his name he said “K Hill”. He also never returned my ID. Once I realized he never gave it back I called and went in but no one seems to know where it is.

They refuse to exchange a lighter that NEVER worked! It was bought yesterday late afternoon. Got home and filled it and it won't work. Enjoy that $15 for that overpriced lighter. You won't get anything else from us.

Bought a smok vape on 4/6 then came in 2 two days ago and bought new coils they leaked and messed my vape up and was told there was nothing they could do about it tuff luck. I do not recommend at all.

Rating a one only because I have to give them something. Stopped in to get juice, was on the phone with someone confirming what they wanted as I have many times there. (Yes both of age) & the guy refused to sell to me because the other party wasn't with me. He was very rude about it. I asked about just getting mine to which he told me no. I've stopped there many times & NEVER had an issue. There's no sign posted about having the other party there. I had my id & was still declined. Not to mention prices are high & not common flavors others have so most times you can't get what you need. They've even told me in the past Go down the road to another place to check for coils. The attitude he carried was unprofessional. I'll make sure to never go there again nor refer anyone else.

Best vape store around. come and see them and they will take great care of you! all of the employees are super helpful and if they can't answer your question they will find someone who can answer your questions. the manager is extremely knowledgeable about most everything vape included

I love spending almost $30 on a vape. Thinking it will last me 3 to 4 weeks like it says it does. And then it dies on day 2 and I can't get a refund for anything. Waste of money.

Bought two bottles of there menthol house juice opened one and tried it literally no taste what so ever went back up there to see if I could return the unopened one or even get a discount due to bad taste and the guy just had a bad attitude about the whole situationWouldn't try to show sympathy just being a d*** won't be back
