Went in for an alignment with a price of 100 dollars. Was called hours later stating its now going cost 200 dollars. I told them not to touch it and took it to Youngs Tire for the price of 120 and they took care of me. Its a shame that a small shop in Beebe would try to rip off a customer. Def would not recommend Beebe Auto Plaza to anyone.

I would not recommend going here. I have taken my car here twice, thinking the first time was honest. Both times I have taken my car in for a simple repair with a reasonable estimate, they had told me there was something unrelated to my original issue that they welded off without my permission and that I would need to have them fix or otherwise I would have to tow my car out of there since it could no longer drive. When I dropped it off, both times it was in working condition with a few mild fixes that had been checked by a different mechanical professional. When I asked for an estimate of another part that they originally said was “simple”, they told me it would be a 300$ labor charge for a 50$ part. My estimated costs were originally 114$ and 488$ and the final costs were just over 500$ and 1000$ respectively. All in all, I would do anything to avoid going here.

The people here was amazing so nice when we broke down 3 hours from home and needed help they was right on it we r so thankful for them!!! And the lady in the office was so sweet to us and our son!!!!

I have a had 3 vehicles fixed by this shop and the owner saved me $400 plus they do great work on Ford 6.0 diesels it's great to have a shop that is honest and know what they are doing on your vehicle. Great shop I send anybody that asks where the best mechanic is in town.
