The meds are never filled on time even when called in advance. It’s always it’ll be 15-20 minutes. When a patient is on hospice time precious.

Am absolutely fed up with this pharmacy. The staff members are BEYOND rude, do as they want to do not as they are supposed to do, has not one care in the world about their customers or their job, and it is people like them that makes this world such an unkind place. I have given many chances and tried to stick with them but after today I will no longer use this pharmacy much less recommend them to anyone. I will do the exact opposite and do my best to turn people away and point them in a direction to a pharmacy that cares and will treat you like you should be treated. FOR SURE none of the staff that was working today deserve to be getting a pay check, and should not be working in this field, or any field dealing with the public period. Ladies if you want to be lazy and not have to care about anyone but yourself, go sit your lazy selves on the couch and enjoy your lunch that way...you won't have to deal with people and us people can have a much more pleasant pharmacy experience!!!!
The ONLY reason I am giving a star is because I have to to be able to post...other than that I wouldn't be giving one at all!!!!!!!!!
Batesville Kroger needs to get a handle on their people or get new people in if they want to keep the pharmacy going. It's headed down hill for sure.

I don't know know what's happened to this Kroger Pharmacy. They used to be great to work with, had excellent professionalism and communication with their patients. I've been on the phone 5 times with them now about the status of getting two of my medications refilled over the past week. I've been on the phone twice today with David a pharmacist there. He told me earlier today that everything was fine and they were working on filling these two prescriptions. Later in the day I saw in their online system that these two prescriptions had for the fifth time now ben removed from my processing dashboard. I just called him back to have a discussion about this. Then he had a different story and said I have to call my physician to work it out. It's after 5PM now so there's no way I can confirm any of what David is telling me with my doctor until tomorrow. This problem has been going on for the past 7 days, and this is the first time I've been told I need to talk with my doctor by Kroger Pharmacy this time. I've increasingly had these kinds of problems with Kroger needlessly (purposefully?) delaying important medications I need to be on over the last few months. I've spoken already with my doctors office twice over the past week. When I tried having a polite friendly discussion with David the pharmacist, he raised his voice with me, refused to listen to what I has to say, and finally slammed the phone down hanging up the call on me. This is the most unprofessionally I've ever been treated by any healthcare organization in my life. I depend on my medications. Good communication could have fixed this a week ago before I was completely out of the medications my doctor wants me to have, that I need to be healthy and active each day. Does anyone know of a great pharmacy in Batesville that still has old fashioned care and values for their patients, appropriate professional behavior and good communication? One that follows medical ethical oaths ethics and guidelines to do no harm to their patients? I'm reporting this pharmacist and pharmacy to their accrediting agencies in the morning. Interestingly, Kroger Pharmacies are having problems all over the US this year and are facing charges and fines for understaffing resulting in poor medically negligent patient care. I encourage everyone to reclaim and demand the excellent customer service, politeness, common decency, and professionalism we all enjoyed and expected prior to the "Huge Coronavirus Excuse" to disregard common courtesy, ignore customer service, and ignore all sense of self respect and business responsibilities to perform even the bare norms and obligations of customer to their patients, and adhere to the ethical requirements of their medical licensing requirements, US pharmacy and medical practice law and FDA rules and regulations.

The service here sucks ! I called in my boyfriend's prescription refills with the RX numbers and it took them a week and a half to get all them filled. Some of these were very important to take everyday. Their pharmacist is mean and thir pharmacy tech's are very mean.

I am switching pharmacies. This staff is so rude and unprofessional. They won't answer the phone or return calls and don't mind telling you off. Half the time they don't have what you need in stock. I've kept them because it's hard to change, but I am finally changing

The pharmacist Steve is very helpful and friendly. The staff, though, are rude and unfriendly. The lady with glasses and blond hair didn’t know how to apply Medicare plus supplemental insurances. She was going to charge me over $144 until Steve came and showed her what to do. Then my total was less than $40.

Generally good store. A good variety, plenty of options, plus good prices. The employees are helpful, too. But there's often product unstocked or understocked. The flower section is always nice, though.
