Service advisor tried to tell me that relearning tire pressure sensors is not an easy process. Trying to justify the $150 it cost. I know you charge $150, but don’t lie to me telling me that it’s a hard process. What else is that service advisor lying about?Edit:Went down the road to Smart Ford and got it done for free. Took them five minutes.

Southwest took 142 days to replace the short block in my Ford Escape, part of a recall issue. That might not have been a big issue except we were not given a loaner vehicle to use during that time, which required sharing vehicles with other family members to get to work. The service was mediocre at best. They seemed not to feel any compassion whatsoever about our issue. Delay after delay after delay. We were promised the vehicle would be ready three weeks in a row toward the end, but it wasn't. They also tried to charge too high for some agreed upon work besides the recall issue, over $100 more than quoted. When I questioned that, the price miraculously fell over $100 with no explanation or apology. If you want vehicle work done promptly, professionally and courteously, I'd look for another place to do business.

I first searched for the vehicle I wanted and found it at Southwest Ford. Talked with Melissa via chat. Upon arrival we met and discussed the deal and wound up buying a new F150 from Melissa at a price that I couldn’t turn down. It was the fastest deal I’ve ever made.

Got a 2021 Shelby GT500 from Sothwest Ford...drove all the way from Dallas to pick up the car...The dealership is amazing with some awesome bunch of folks...honest, transparent and ethical! My seller, Taylor was one of the best and did everything in her capacity to make the purchase feel special...the Sales Manager Ben was phenomenal...made the entire process a breeze....good chat...great vibe...and exactly the kind of experience you expect for such a special occasion ...buying your dream car!!I would strongly recommend to check these guys out for both - ordering a new car or picking something from their current inventory...The customer experience was better than many of the big town dealershios I have dealt with....

We are from Texas and on a road trip headed to Bristol Tennessee, Had a problem with our 2018 Ford Explorer, we called South West Ford and were towed taken care of and back on the road in less than an hour!! These guys are outstanding… Beene’s wrecker service was wonderful as well!! Thank all of you for making our trip a pleasant one?!!

Ford lost my business today. Another business blaming covid for their poor service. I bought a brand new 2021 truck from these guys a few weeks ago and it won't hardly even run now.... Southwest Ford will talk their trucks up, but wait until you have problems with it! If you're short handed teach one of the 15 salesman walking around looking at their phone how to turn a wrench!!!!
