Awesome experience, they got me a unit at Alexander in no time and the entire facility is in great shape! They have good pricing on rent and their protection plans, I would definitely recommend them.

This place really screwed me over! I won an online auction for 20 bucks, thought it was a great deal then I paid the 150 cleaning deposit on this particular unit. They couldn't print me out a receipt so they said they would email me one. They didn't mail me a receipt for the 150 dollar cleaning deposit only the 20 dollars for the winning bid if this unit. I was supposed to get the cleaning deposit back within 72 hours well within 72 hours I got an email saying that the storage unit was paid up until the 31st which can be about 2 weeks. I thought I had gone over the 72-hour time period to clean making it out and if it's $150 deposit on 4th and the storage unit for that month well I go to get back in the store to this morning and they have changed the code or my code has expired nameless to say I was at 170 bucks only storage unit but I never got anything out of and the people at the storage facility had taken some things out of my unit before my time period was up! Not happy at all with this place and how they do business.

After much searching, I decided to give them a try because of the security measures. I've now used them twice. I love the security of the place. The office people are always so nice. They put out rat poison and spray bug spray to help deter pests. The units are always clean and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, My Ample Storage. I appreciate you, and I will be back again. ?

Super super super nice storage business. Jobie with Oak Village referred us to this place and we are so glad! Fenced, gate access, management lives on property and cameras for daysssss. Buford and Jamie were super friendly and super helpful. Clean office and clean property. I have a good feeling about leaving my camper here, not worried one bit.

The manager of Ample Storage was very friendly and helpful. We went to look at a new storage unit that was bigger than the one we have with another place. We looked, decided, and walked out with everything we needed in a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone that is looking for a storage unit of any size. Very clean, well laid out, and ease of access.
