Not helpful and refused a fedex drop off. Staff just said “nope” and lady behind counter was very short. Nothing on the door or site says a size limit. My box was 3ft tall 3ft wide and 8in deep. Super light. Won’t go back. It’s Also the most cluttered DG I’ve been in
