DO NOT APPLY HERE, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU "YOU JUST NEED TO MAKE 1.5x THE RENT" TO CALL YOU FIVE DAYS LATER AND TELL YOU THEY CANT APPROVE YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR CREDIT. THEY ARE RUDE, NOT HELPFUL AND JUST SEEM GREEDY AND WANT YOUR APP MONEY TO TELL YOU NO. WE MAKE 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT THEY ASKING FOR. WE DROVE 4 HOURS FOR THEM TO WASTE OUR TIME. I HIGHLY RECOMMONED GOING TO ANOTHER MANAGEMENT COMPANY BECAUSE WESTRIDGE CAN'T SEEM TO MANGE ANYTHING. THIS WAS FOR A APARTMENT THAT COST $600 A MONTH FULL OF ROCHES AND NOT EVEN CLEAN, THEY ARE MADE UP OF EXCUSES, I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. YOULL THANK ME LATER. I PROMISE

Rented from them for 4 years. Mr/Mrs Gist, Robin and Mercedes are good People. I just hate the house was old with lots of issues. They always took care of the problems though. Yes; I would rent from them again.

Way too strict, don't let you have a co signer, but very friendly staff.

I wouldn't waste money applling for a place here. I showed them monthly income 4x greater than rent, have a spotless background, and they denied me for credit, even after offering a high credit co signer. My credits at 480 due to medical bills, so use that to gauge of they'll give you a chance. I should have saved that money for another place. Also the office smells.

My mother was a tenant for around 5 years. She passed away in December 2020 while living in a condo they manage. In the time that she lived there, she did have a couple of issues with appliances and they were dealt with in a timely manner and she was extremely happy living in one of their properties. She never had any complaints about them and they were extremely helpful to me when I needed to move her belongings out. I wasn't sure what to do and what the her rent was or utilities, move out procedures, etc and Gary was extremely patient with me and explained everything in detail. He also checked up on me to see if the move out was going smoothly while I cleaned everything out. Since she had lived there for awhile, I wasn't expecting her deposit back, but sure enough we did get a part of it back. Some of it was used to fix a few minor repairs and clean carpets. I cleaned her condo, but it did need a deep clean since she had been there for so long. They gave me an itemized list of what the chargers were and it was more than fair. Margarita was so friendly and kind and asked me if there was anything she could help with. The move out went smoothly and it was the least of my worries during the time I needed to take care of my mom's passing. I definitly recommend them if you are looking for a new rental. Thank you Gary and Margarita, I really appreciate all of your kindness and help!

They seemed very willing to work with someone and helped us find a place we liked. We had I formed them we recently moved down. They said our work experience shouldn't be a problem. Paid the application fee only to get denied for short time of employment. Of course it's short we just loved down. Never going through them for anything again.

Westridge have been very good property managers. Whenever i have had a problem they help me out. The rent is at a very fair price and the staff is friendly.

If you’re planning on renting from this company be advised. I had been in contact with this company several times and was promised first look at a property they are managing for rent. The lady that made these promises claimed to have a emergency and apparently is very unorganized and left nobody with any info on the supposed promise to have first look at said property.Meanwhile another person in the office filled the applications and rental.Piss poor communication and business management.

I've been a very long tentant I know it's not easy doing the things they have to go threw I know they do there best to fix things they have always fixed my place in the last ten years I know time has changed. Westridge manegment gave me a chance 10years ago and I thank them for there services over the year's I give them 5stars they even rented to my youngest son he rented it almost 4 yrs. They fix my most important things right away. I treat this place like it's mine and when I leave I intend to leave it better then when I receive it if possible thank you Gary and the staff. I can say they did have a staff member that worked there long time that I felt she didn't comply with some of my work orders she no longer there, so other then that the lady's are very nice respectful and work with me. People should take better care of rental properties so they can build great rental history. When ur young it's harder at first. Remember good reference and credit reports are good but once you establish good rental history it's little easier. Time's have changed.

They tell you that you can be first to see a place when it is cleaned up and I call 4 times to check in only to find out they rented it without showing me.

Wish we could give negative stars. This place is the worst management company we've ever been to. First of all, they are too lazy to do their jobs and actually show the rentals. You have to give them $20 cash to check out the keys. Upon return of the keys, you get your money back. But how hard is it for someone to go make copies of these keys for later use? It's not like they care enough or would pay the money to change the locks before someone moves in. Then, when you finally find something you like, they tell you that you have to wait anywhere from 1 week to 2 months for it to be ready. And there are all these hoops you have to jump through for the application. $40 ap fee/background check (cash), 3 references, photographic proof of income showing 2 1/2 times the rent which includes a copy of your last 2 bank statements, pictures of your pets if there are any, if your credit score is lower than 620, you have to tell them why...after that, if you are approved they want cash or cashier check or money order for the 1st month rent and deposits....no credit cards, bank cards or personal checks. We were promised move in on the same day as the credit check but when asked about it, they lied and said that they never said that and we'd have to wait over a week to see if we were qualified. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent place and unless you have the patience of a saint, stay away. It's a good thing I am a Christian or else I would say what I really think of the people there.
