I went in with a UTI asking to be seen and given medication for my problem. I have a condition that lowers the effectiveness of my immune system so I was wearing a mask. Along comes this rude medical provider and demands that I remove it. After thinking that it was none of his business that I was wearing a mask, I explained my health condition to him. After I was tested and prescribed an antibiotic, I left. After the medication didn’t work I had to go to another provider who explained that I was given the least effective medication. Go somewhere else.

I visited this urgent care for the first time and went in after work at 5 pm and it wasn’t busy. I was seen fairly quickly and the staff were polite and kind. I was seen by Laura Spindola and she was so kind to me. She has great patient education skills and treated me like a person and not just another walk in. I would come back to see her.

Let’s add another 1 star review for these overly special people.
So Saturday the 15th, I came in, great service, very helpful, unfortunately the wonderful woman who drew my blood, forgot that quest wasn’t open on Saturday. Which was my only day off, so I decided to come in again on Monday morning to re-draw blood. Simple right! Nope, I showed my paperwork from Saturday and the front desk gal checked with the people in the back, she came out and I was told to go to quest. I asked, how that works since I paid for it once, she said just give them your insurance and paperwork. So I went quest, at least 40-50 people were there. So not having the time, I drove back to this place and said look I’ve already paid for it, and there’s like 50 people in line, I’d rather do the blood work here and be done with it, I don’t have the time to sit in line for 4 hours. She called up the manager and I was told by one of the managers or not sure what her role was that they couldn’t do it, I explained why I came there and why I came in on Saturday and I just don’t have the time to get away from work. She then says they don’t have the resources to pull blood they didn’t get there delivery. Long story short here I said ok, I’ll just leave, she said they could call me when they got their delivery. I said that’s ok, you’ve shown me that you don’t want to do it anyway. And I left.
Pretty concerning that a medical facility can run out of vials and a needle for drawing blood.
Which raises many other questions about how they run their business.
Obviously they don’t care that you have to pay more to go somewhere else and use your insurance again. And why are they out of supplies? Seems like bad management and it shows from the previous reviews.

Visited this urgent care with a very painful matter this week. It was 7:00am and I was one of the first people in the door. I had to use the restroom and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Front office stated I had to pay for the entire visit and I knew that’s not correct because I work in medical billing and have good insurance through my employment. Spoke with billing manager (over the phone because no manager on site), she said they had to collect the entire visits’ charge and they would send me a check if I overpaid? Sounded very fraudulent like they just wanted to double dip and charge both me and my insurance. She would not accept that I wanted to be billed what I owed once the claim processed through my insurance. She stated front office staff would “get in trouble” if they didn’t collect payment. She also stated that front office telling me my visit would be “around $100 and sum” is them giving me an estimate and if I didn’t want to pay, then I shouldn’t have done the visit. You can just tell these people don’t prioritize patient care or really empathize with people at all. The entire conversation with her was so unprofessional that I made my way directly to their owner’s office at Yuma Pulmonology. Once I was there, I spoke with the office manager Amanda. She was the only person that was reasonable and apologized for the experience I had just had with the staff. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of their patient care in all aspects. I, as a patient, know that I will never return to this place.

Worst medical place to go to. Got there around 530pm and they made me feel like they did not want to help me because they were trying to close at 8pm I did wait 2 1/2 hours before being seen and was not prescribed any medications leaving I did go to nextcare the next day and they assisted me with the prescription and diagnosed me correctly. I suggest going to nextcare before going here. Waste of time and money.

Worst experience w/ NP Laura Spindola. No manners, cannot diagnose, and waited 4 hours for nothing. 2 year old son had thrush and she called it a common cold and prescribed allergy medicine. Ridiculous.

I went to get a PCR COVID test very early in the morning. Not one patient waiting and the waiting was a while. My main complaint is PLEASE don’t have the one and only sick nurse give out the COVID tests. It defeats the whole purpose.Patients could probably not have it coming in but with the staff being sick they’ll end up taking something back home with them. Please be more mindful and at least have your staff mask if they are sick if they aren’t going to stay home. You guys work in Health CARE and literally don’t care.
