Always an extremely long wait time at the pharmacy both inside the store and in the drive through. Avoid this for your scripts if you can.

Pharmacy is incompetent. Had to go to the ER for a bad cut. Prescribed me antibiotics and sent the prescription here. Came to pick it up pretty much immediately so wasn't shocked when they told me I had to wait 40 minutes. Came back in an hour and they not only hadn't filled my script, they took it off the list to fill and filled another. All this with a hugely throbbing leg. To make it worse, the manager(?) clearly can't handle pressure. She told the staff to stop working on delivered medications for the weekend, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ALREADY A DAY BEHIND ON THEM. Her words to a staffer who didn't want to leave people without their medications, "I don't care if they're three days late (which they would be because she said no working on the deliveries over the weekend). That's the end of it."Jesus Christ, lady. These are people's MEDICINES and you literally said YOU DON'T CARE??!!??I hope nobody dies because of you.

I'm done with sending scripts to this pharmacy. If you can wait a day or two to get your meds then have at it. Seven hours later and they still don't have my son's Tamiflu ready. Last time I went it was a day after and I had to bark at them because it was 24 hours later that they sent my script there. THIS IS A WARNING!

The pharmacy is nothing but chaotic. They have little kids handing out medicine and one old lady with an attitude. I was told my meds were ready then when I get there I’m told that nothings ready and I need to call to have it resent. Then they proceeded to tell me I haven’t picked up meds with them since 2022 which is a lie because I was just there the beginning of this month?. I told her it was a lie and I needed corporate’s number, and she refused to give it to me along with her name. Told me I’m holding up the line and need to figure my stuff out and go at the end of the line. So instead of helping me out she wants me to come back around. So yea this Walgreens has definitely gone downhill.

I order photos from here frequently. Their prices and coupons are great and the quality of the photos is very good. If an order gets messed up, they fix it for free. They also have an argencia water station outside and that's really the best water.

This is for the pharmacy specifically. Did you know that pharmacists and techs working conditions are literally super horrible? That's why I'm FREQUENTLY amazed that the pharmacist and a couple of the techs have gone above and beyond for me. I'm not sure if any of them will read this, but thank you for what you do!

1030am on a Saturday, Got to the drive thru window blinds were up, pharmacy was open.Waited 15minutes keep pushing the "calling botton" and staff decided to completly ignore me. Line kept getting longer.. Some people use the drive thru option because they CANT go inside the pharmacy. So if they cant take care of the drive thru line and inside the pharmacy then close down the blinds on the drive thru so that we dont keep waiting!

The “pharmacists” here are completely incompetent. Go to fry’s instead.An order was called in for my spouse and we received a phone call late in the evening that it was ready. I went to go pick it up the next morning and it was not only not ready, but they don’t have that medication in stock. Only after I tell them that they called saying it was ready did they offer a 5 days supply but it will “be awhile before we can fill it”. I told them never mind at this point with the intention of having it sent to frys instead. Yet again the staff here messed this up- they lied to our doctor stating the medication was picked up!!! We are now having to go through the process of trying to figure out why the staff at this location is not only being negligent but complete liars. The state needs to investigate this place and the people working here. Why is it that pain medication is going missing??

I would give you zero stars if I could! This is my neighborhood Walgreens but I drive to Vail or Golflinks when I need to pick up prescriptions or anything really. Two of the supervisors here are so rude a bald guy with glasses and an older lady with a white bob haircut. Both are very rude to customers and the way they interact with employees is sad. All of the employees at the store are lifeless robots with very minimal customer service almost like they are not supposed to talk to people. I try to have conversations with the cashiers but it’s very limited and short. other Walgreen stores are much friendlier and the employees seem happier. Sadly, I’d rather make the extra travel time to have a better experience.
