This location has lost/delayed my Fedex shipment which was only a minor delay. The pharmacy is where this location really falls short. Overall, the hours are becoming more restrictive but yesterday sealed my option and is causing me to switch locations. I waited behind a vehicle and when it was my turn the bald male pharmacist told me that he was 1min past his time for a break and refused to quickly ring my meds. He said to come back in 30min.This caused me to be unable to get my much needed medication. This is his job and one more min of inconvenience is not too much to ask. Instead he showed why Walgreens is having to close stores across the US. His attitude is one of a true underachiever and the problem with today's workforce as a whole. It's a job...

I’m absolutely furious with this pharmacy.(This is only a pharmacy review).I’m furious and disappointed because this is our main Walgreens we go to, but when you F up this bad, you get a bad review. My mother tried so hard to help my aunt who’s battling cancer get her medicine she desperately needed. After she had to call in because she didn’t hear any update from the order put in at 1pm, This pharm tech said that it would be ready 30 minutes before they close. So, she went in early because she doesn’t trust their word because they’re cutting it close and never gave an update. She checks in with them and they end up not having the medicine after saying it was being filled.They send her to the location on Silverbell after she asked where they have the medicine because she needed it tonight. She drives all the way over there and they end up not having it either. So, River location lied about them having it or what?! So Silverbell sends her to Fort Lowell and Campbell location who, guess what?! DOESN’T have it either and it ends up being too late to get the medicine. They have to go the next day to pick up the order. Walgreens you really screwed up! All you had to do was your job. Say you didn’t have the damn medicine. My mom had a full tank of gas and now has half of a tank of gas and my aunt still suffering. Complete s%#t show, Walgreens.They’re both exhausted.So, I have to stand up for them. This is the best way. You paying attention now, Walgreens?!

This place should have a giant sign outside of the business. Pharmacy only open one day a week and we don't know which day. Time to find a new pharmacy. One that has pharmacists working there

It's ridiculous and absolutely annoying having to hear "we are always hiring" It shows dishonesty and disregard to people who actually want to work and could be applying to other places that actually need help. Either you are hiring at the moment or not stop trying to waste people's time. I had an employee tell me that they are constantly having employees come and go. That only gives the impression that they have poor management and poor customer service, and the bad reviews to this place only proves my point.

They have most everything you might need, friendly and professional staff I usually pop in at least once a month! Shampoo, toothpaste and deodorant and refreshments are some of the items I purchased at Walgreens! It's not to far from my apartment so the convenience is great, they have rewards and specials that I take advantage of as well!

Terrible customer service for 3 months they couldn't get my prescription corrected, each time the Tech said she would correct it, or that she had corrected the issue. Every time I went to pick up my prescription that was supposed to ready I had to wait 30 minutes or more or come back the next day, so much lost time and gas. Not a competent Walgreens, will not be going back.

Went to the pharmacy no one in line and 3 people behind the counter. One person looked at me while she was talking with a co worker and said, it will be just a minute. They continued their unprofessional conversation and then finally waited on me a couple of minutes later.

Won't be going there anymore ! One day in line woman didn't speak English and no one working in store spoke Spanish ,she was really nice I tried to help but apparently thy would not except coupons and use her store credit from thins she already purchased even after she entered her phone number ! One day was parked in front by door and a homeless woman was in my truck going through it !

I had an issue at this location and the manager quickly called me and made it right. He clearly cares about his customers and his store, that makes me want to shop here more often. Great Walgreens, clean, stocked, and quick to check out.

The pharmacy has been closed everytime I've gone to pick up my prescriptions for the past month. These people are going to get someone killed.
