Sat on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to talk with the pharmacy about a prescription. I’m sick, so I can’t go in to the store discuss this. They don’t have a proper hold system that lets them answer calls in order. After 2 minutes of holding they pick up, say nothing, and but you back on hold. After 30 minutes of waiting I was “disconnected.” This happened again after 20 more minute of waiting. When I called and spoke to a store employee he told me there’s nothing he can do and that I could just come into the store. When I asked for help, explained I’m sick, and asked if he could get me a pharmacist he hung up on me.They do not start filling prescriptions until they speak to you, either in person or over the phone. They don’t take it upon themselves to start filling prescriptions as they receive them. Of course, since they don’t answer this means you have to go in, ask about your prescription that was sent over 2 hours ago, and be told “we just received it, give us an hour.” Every time!They are so unbelievably rude here. I hate that CVS has limited pharmacy hours, because Walgreens is the absolute worst to work with. I can’t remember dealing with a business that truly cared so little.

The worst pharmacy in America!!!! Nobody ever answers the phone, and they intentionally put you back on hold when they do pick up. The pharmacist there, Matt, is the rudest most unprofessional, racist person I’ve ever met. He deliberately makes getting prescriptions difficult and does not even attempt to help people. He should have his medical license revoked for being such an unprofessional, jerk!

Nobody ever answers the phone. Getting a medication is always an ordeal, start to finish. Few things about the experience with this pharmacy could be worse.

The pharmacist and techs are very nice. But they need more help. Every time I have come here I have had a long wait. It is often too crowded to sit down in the waiting area. Walgreens needs to help these pharmacists out and give them more support. Meanwhile, I recommend going to another pharmacy. Do not come here for vaccines. They says they have appointments but they make you wait forever even if you have an appointment.

Called to check on a prescription that was ordered Tuesday (now Friday) - after waiting 15+ minutes on hold the pharmacist told me it would be ready tomorrow. I asked what the delay was for and she told me it was too soon to pick up. It's been 30+ days since my last refill so I asked for clarification. When she asked a "colleague" about the hold up they berated her so loudly I could hear it on the other end of the line. I'm talking aggressive, loud, scolding for a simple question she was trying to get help on. I felt so awful for the woman that asked that I didn't want to push further. Great job on making your working place and customer experience toxic. If you can go anywhere else, I'd suggest it. This is most certainly not the first or likely last issue I'll encounter here.

Most people go to Walgreen's to get 1-2 items and quickly leave.That is not possible in this store because they do things like stock hand soap back in the corner by mascara and lipstick and don't even label it.Just don't come here if you value your time and sanity.

They do not provide *physical* money order services as advertised by Google. Only digital online payment services which do not serve my needs.

What a godawful pharmacy experience. Disastrous. I've spent more time than I like trying to dodge the junkies in the parking lot waiting for met wife to get her medications.

This location is a little farther for me but worth it
