Not nearly as helpful as they used to be, considering changing carriers after being with them since they started.... Ps do not go to a private satellite office or you will get scammed like I did two phone ago, should have moved on then but the corporate office made it more or less right at the time so I stayed. Ps my wife is on t-mobile she only pays 35 a month and the service is almost as good......

This store is all about the upsell. The only option they offered me on a new phone was the "free" phone deal, which would have cost me an extra $100 per month. Went elsewhere and got a great deal.

Giving one star is generous. The people working at this location are very rude and not helpful. I absolutely dread coming in and when I do I wish I didn’t. Almost every single time. I give the benefit of the doubt but I suggest to avoid this Verizon at all costs. Make a phone call cause you’ll be sent home to figure things out yourself anyways. I hope Guadalupe can start treating people like they matter and show a little respect.

Unfortunately these guys only care about sales, selling new phones, and opening new lines. You walk in with some sort of issue or problem, their solution is to sell you something. They lie about the ultimate cost and have you deal with customer service later.

Do not have Brandon help you. He is a liar and only cares about sales. He convinced me to open a new line to get a promo and assured me my bill would stay the same price. However this was all a lie so he could get more sales. Now I'm stuck with a higher bill, and a phone payment that I didn't initially want.

I recently visited the Verizon store on Cortaro Farms Road with the intention of purchasing a new phone for my daughter, whose phone was unfortunately stolen. During my visit, I interacted with a salesperson named Brandon and later with the manager, Guadalupe. Brandon assured me of a promotional offer that seemed beneficial at the outset.
I was persuaded to open a new line under the premise of receiving a significant discount on a new iPhone 15, which, according to Brandon, would essentially be free with the trade-in of an older iPhone model I had. Trusting in their guidance, I agreed and signed up for the new line and phone, I went home to retrieve the older iPhone model and returned to the store, only to be informed that the promised trade-in deal was no longer applicable to my new plan.
This was particularly frustrating as I had been assured that I had 30 days to complete the trade-in process. At this point, only 3 days had elapsed since opening the new line. Despite presenting them with the initial paperwork that outlined the offer, both Brandon and Guadalupe refused to honor the agreement, citing a change in their plan which was not communicated to me earlier.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed with the service provided at this location. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of transparency and customer service. I would urge potential customers to be cautious and perhaps seek service elsewhere, as the commitments made at the time of sale were not upheld by the store's management and staff.

I've had two very bad experiences at this Cortaro store. It is evident that the owner encourages dishonest sales practices and predatory tactics among the salesmen. I was lied to here on both occasions, and had to later go through Verizon to remedy the issues, where Verizon themselves were able to remedy the issues, while confirming that the employees at this store were lying to the customer in order to increase their commissions. This place really makes Verizon as a company look bad. I hope Verizon corporate digs into this store owner's dishonest practices. I certainly recommend going elsewhere or ordering directly through Verizon.I wonder how many bad reviews it takes for the owner to quit responding to these reviews with silly generic comments like "That is not the experience we want to hear about" or "sorry we missed the mark" and instead that owner just pay attention and take actual adult accountability/responsibility to fix their obvious consistant customer service problem.

After they made their sale on 4 new iPhones, they put us on the back burner and now going on day 2 of our phones not working. Still calling in to resolve the issue because they don’t care to fix it.My mistake, make that day 3.

After an update to my phone, I had no cell service (on Christmas Eve, of all days.) Shannon and Joseph were both very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They had me back up and running in no time and resolved my issues

I brought a 5G unit back to the store today and the employee refused to take it because I did not purchase the unit in that store. This store a “corporate center” shares the shame with the Oro Valley branch (“independently owned “) that told me to take the unit back to the”corporate center” in the first place. After some discussion, the “corporate center” supplied a FedEx label and a box for shipment. The box was much too large to ship this unit and I paid out of pocket to have FedEx properly package for shipment. Poor customer service and hostility between stores make Verizon a questionable choice for your internet needs.

As soon as they found out I wasn't interested in spending $1300 on a new iPhone, service feel right off, and they acted like I was an annoyance for existing. They take my money ever month, but the first time I need help in years, and I can just go piss up a rope! Way WAY over priced for how little you get compared to other companies. When my contract is over, I'm going back to T-Mobile
