Carlson's has been my plumping, heating and cooling company for over 30 years. They have done everything from redoing the plumbing in my kitchen, replacing my hot water heater, fixing my furnace, maintaining my cooler, to replacing my HVAC. Mike is a great problem solver. Gerrard is very thorough. Everyone always provides great customer service.

Carlson Co. is the BEST in Tucson!!! We have been a customer of Carlson Co. for over 18 yrs and would not go any where else. They are a family owned company that offer great plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. They are professional, personable, ethical, thorough, and honest. You would be remise not to contact them. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Carlson installed my heat pump in 2018. I've have them come twice a year to maintain the system. I found out recently that they can also flush your water heater! They are always professional. I have confidence in their work.

THEY REALLY CARE FOR THE PEOPLE AND COMPANIES THEY SERVICE. SERVICE IS REALLY NO. 1. I'VE SEEN THIS IN THE YEARS I HAVE WORKED FOR THE CARLSON CO. I HAVE BEEN A PURCHASING MANAGER FOR A NUMBER OF FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES IN THE PAST. BUT I VERY MUCH ENJOY WORKING FOR A SMALL FAMILY OWNED COMPANY LIKE CARLSON. YOUR NOT JUST A NUMBER. We have been customers of Carlson's for over twenty years. Over those years, we've engaged Mike and his crew on major remodeling projects, replacing and maintaining all HVAC units, and, yes, on occasion, coming to the house to unclog a shower drain. One of the things we've always appreciated - whether having Mike over here for a job, or one of his crew - is that they're friendly and efficient. They know their stuff. And, when needed, working with the back-office staff of scheduling is always a pleasure and quick to help out when we need quick.

I have used The Carlson Company for well over 20 years for my medical office and home. During that time they have installed 3 new A/C units. They have always been prompt, professional, and fair. They have always gone to great lengths to preserve my aging A/C units in the most cost-effective manner possible; Carlson has never tried to sell me anything that hasn't been absolutely necessary. I highly recommend them for any business or home application, with zero reservations whatsoever.

Mike Carlson and his crew are reliable and capable. We do our HVAC preventive maintenance and there are few, if any, issues. When an unexpected plumbing problem arises, they respond quickly. The service reps are respectful.

Just had my air conditioner replaced by these guys! Went from horrible allergies year round to dramatically better. My house is now 75 degrees despite insane summer temps and I'm already noticing a decrease in my electric bill. Give Carlson Co a call for a new air conditioner. You'll be glad you did!

Completely disappointing I had to research the issue on my own. Found incompatible condenser
Condenser 13 seer coil 15 seer I had to have someone figure it out I knew there was a systemic issue. Mike wanted to blame everything on the environment that hasn't changed in 60 years verified incompatible condenser to coil
