I have been to Ship 'n Mail Xpress at Grant and Silverbell countless times over the past 20 years and they are the best place to handle all your shipping and packing jobs. They can expertly pack just about any item you would need to ship and my items have always arrived without as much as a scratch. The best part however is how incredibly convenient it is as I am always in and out in 5 minutes while never having to worry about my package being taken care of.Unless you really enjoy standing in line all day at the Post Office just so you can experience that amazing customer service they offer, if you are lucky enough to catch someone between breaks of course, then try Ship 'n Mail Xpress the next time you have something you need to ship.

So I needed to print a packing label and Google Maps told me this place had copy services. And I clicked on the website listed on Google maps to confirm and according to the website they offer business services. But the man working said we only do packing and shipping, I told him their website said I could print as well and he told me they don't have a website. The whole time I'm looking directly at their copy machine out front when I pointed to it and pulled my flash drive out he said the machine was broke and to try Walgreens cause you can print photos. I understand if you are no longer going to offer that service, at least you could update your information.

I asked you 5 times to have a signature required. It did not and know I am fighting for over 1500.You are as personable as a box of hammer handles as well. Try harder. Less effort to actually listen and be nice.

This place is horrible, unfriendly, and devoid of customer service. They have ridiculous hours that mean anyone working has about 15 minutes tops in which they can get their mail. There is no key fir entry after hours. Very unfriendly.

I had to send a gift off to Georgia & I Thought the Post Office was open on Saturday but they weren't. I came by here & sure enough they were open! The gentlemen was kind AND saved me some money by helping me choose a Better way to send my package. He was Very knowledgeable And the package got there in 2 days! Good customer service, good prices, open when the post office isn't AND speedy service? YESS PLEASE!! ???

The guy clearly doesn’t want to do his job and makes the process extremely complicated and couldn’t answer my questions as if he was new when I asked him how long he’d been working here he told me 20 years so either he wants to do the bare minimum or he just clearly doesn’t know simple questions everything he said had a sarcastic undertone to it and had terrible customer service. My wife was here previously and had the same issue. What’s the point of having a third party company that doesn’t know what they’re doing when you can just go to a legit posting service. Save your time and energy with this place.
