“We went to Graphic Impact to salvage a pull-up display that was essentially broken. First of all, they were kind enough to extract the banner at no cost. We then hired them to install the banner into a new pull-up display. We placed the order on a Friday morning and the new display was ready for pick-up by Monday afternoon -- that's a great turnaround time!The new display is well-made, easy to use, and comes with a carrying case, also. Overall, this is a job well done and we will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.In addition, the customer service team was very helpful. They are friendly, helpful, and can answer pretty much any display question you can throw at them.”
