NOT the best place to go for anime merchandise especially if you're looking for better atmosphere, I thought the reviews may have been exaggerating but I was wrong unfortunately... prices were high but most in store merch is, I guess if you're looking for merch immediately you could go but other than that, there's better places, sorry if I'm wrong but I will not be returning.

I’m ashamed to see any positive reviews on here. It seems the owner doesn’t want to respond to any negative reviews regarding his work place habits (unless it’s to argue with someone about pet stains).
Unfortunately this shop has an owner who is totally unprofessional and inappropriate to females. The experience I had going was also an indication of how he views women. I went once and he would only shake my husbands hand, only speak directly to him, and acknowledge his existence, didn’t look at me or anything (which is fine now that I see what he’s done). Apart from that, his stores prices were too high and his selection lackluster.

Went in looking for a figure to sell at another store up the road. Didn’t find one but was amused by all the stuff they had. Customer questions made me laugh. Good stuff.

Official tournaments were not properly conducted, prizing of Championship series were not distributed fairly, to even the winners, and, events for TCGs were often held in different formats than instructed (i.e. held in draft instead of sealed)
In terms of having a good experience for games i enjoyed, it made it difficult to enjoy here as the spirit of the games didn't feel like it was being supported in good will.

If I could I give it no stars, that store is nice but the owner is bad news. He's rude and even when I do come in with my BOYFRIEND he never greeted him and always tried talking to me but I also noticed he never hires men too. I heard all the terrible stuff and even the card games were bad just cause the people where mean and rude. I would not recommend coming here please, especially if you are a woman. We don't need this store since more are popping up and I'm a lot excited for those new and up coming ones.

The shop staff is nice but the owner is uncomfortable to be around. It is not a comfortable shopping experience overall especially if you are femme presenting. It is not a safe space for the community overall and I won’t be returning
