One hour air conditioning & heating company is awesome. Service is very professional and knowledgeable. It is pretty quick you do not have to wait until next day or so on. They are always on time. It's about 25 minutes ago a technician Kynzie Cerveri fixed my AC. Last year also I hired the same company. This is the reason I gave 5 ⭐.

This is one of the best air quality and hvac service meetings I've had. Elizabeth was knowledgeable, professional, and personally a pleasant person to meet with. She explained my options, as well as taking time to explain any and every concern I had. I look forward to working with them soon.

I am disappointed in the solutions offered by One Hour as none of them addressed what the my AC's true problem was. I had 2 other places come out and all said the reason my AC wasn't working was the bottom A coils were extremely dirty and restricting air flow.
None of the solutions One Hour offered included cleaning the coils. Their "solutions" were to recharge the refrigerant, add a surge protector, and some another wiring switch FOR $2+ GRAND! NONE of those solutions would have fixed my problem and if I had paid them $2,000+ my AC still would not be working!
I am very disappointed that I had to pay $100 and got nothing out of it. I paid another place to clean and recharge my unit and it's working perfectly now.
I feel like they were just trying to upsell me things instead of focusing on getting my unit fixed.

Awesome service and very friendly. I have used One Hour Air's services for my go to! Today... Ehren, the service specialist came out within 45 minutes of me calling the office with an emergency water heater leak. He cleaned up the water, provided me with estimates and options for replacement water heater, including the tankless option. I am very happy with the service. Bonus, Ehren is a baseball fan too!
Last year... The service specialist came out did the estimate and the technician repaired my AC the same day. Everyone was professional and kept me informed of the progress. Thank you.
Once again thank you for prompt and honest service. Sandy was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling the office in need of a/c service. Thank you

Came out quickly and Dave was awesome. Very happy with their Hero program. It's a program for 1st responders and military. As a Veteran it helped us out in a tight spot. Very pleased with the amazing customer service.

David was professional and courteous. He took time to put paper coverings (booties) on his work boots to enter the home when invited inside and did a thorough job of searching out the issue and repairing it in a timely manner. He took photos and sent them to me with the bill and receipt for the work done. A job well done.
