The lady who helped us was awesome. She has a unique name, and I do not want to miss spell it on here. Anyway, she makes the location a good spot for women. Other locations, the employees, are not very helpful or are rude. We are happy to have found her, and we will be back. Thank you!

It's an alright store but if you go in there and and see the customer service rep who wears her makeup like a clown turn around and walk out she's very grouchy.

I walked in with nothing but problems and questions , Jay was amazing professional treated me well respectful and knowledgeable... We found out about my account upgraded my phone explained upgrades and service options the works. This is my TUCSON MetroPCS store now thanks to Jay.

Person by the name of Jade is very unprofessional. Cussing in front of customers, makes promises that she cannot keep due to just wanting a sale. Once you buy then she is a whole different person. Very rude, has a bad attitude. Will be moving services soon and barley been here a month. Wish I can give it 0 stars.

I'm not sure if I can say names here but Reyna was absolutely WONDERFUL I've worked customer service for years and she provided my son and I with Top notch service and got us exactly what we needed and more. Talk about a great sales representative. I'll be coming to her from now on ☺️
