This review goes out to Metro Pcs & the staff they hire !!!! With that being said i was a die hard cricket cust.They wouldnt help me out do to the problems i was having . I went to Metro on Prince rd & that is where i met Paulo . He went up & out of his way to help . I am in sales & thats how you treat customers . I will now only go to any Metro Pcs Paulo is mat . Thanks again Paulo

horrible service here this store prince and Fairview, Flowing wells and Roger, Oracle and Roger all owned together they don't care to help the dm and higher management could care less only if you are buying a phone they also charge you on top of what ever you pay I heard the scanner scan something under the desk please stay far away

All staff manage 3 stores flowing wells/Roger, Prince/Fairview, and Roger/Oracle. They are selective on who they actually want to help and be friendly too. There is a female who is the sister of Marlene. Who is really rude and always in a bad mood. You are trying to tell her your issue and is more interested in answering her phone. It seems you make her more mad that you talk to her. Not only that but I feel sorry for who ever has to stop within the last hour and try to do anything on there account. She closes the store at 6pm. Mind you they close at 7pm. The staff in the south are the best they are always friendly and helpful.

Got talked down to by the lady behind the counter who seemed to care more about who she was texting than understanding my question but Paulo (the manager on shift) helped a bit more unfortunately he didnt provide a solution either so another representative in another state was of more help and assisted me with my issue overall both weren't too helpful but atleast Paulo was respectful and understood I was frustrated at my situation.

It was horrible they were supposed to port our phones over and add a new line Ileft with my number gone and buying a phone that doesn't work.

I went into the store too switch over My new phone too Metro. Both Customer service people in there were very Knowledgeable and Friendly.I thank them very much.

Paulo and Perla were both very helpful to me when I recently switched to Metro. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a mobile phone store.Both of them were knowledgeable about the devices and the service. No pressure, no over selling. They put me in a great plan that saved me money.Glad I went to this location. Drove a little further but well worth it.
