I have been renting a car every couple months for a few years from this location. They are always kind and professional. I never have issues getting the vehicle I need. The staff has worked there as long as I have been going there, which I think speaks volumes for good management.

How the hell do you guys rent cars to people on the weekend but YOUR not even open?! Paid for a $59 uber there just to find out you guys are closed. Legitimately the dumbest rental company on earth!

Pickup: Super fast service and great customer service from Ruben. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and even put the a/c on blast for me!
Dropoff: equally as fast service and Dejon made it a great experience! Asked me how my rental went and made my experience with Hertz just as pleasant! Will definitely return for future needs.

Do take note: If you reserved a Tesla, take note that the entire fleet has been severely reduced nationally. Chances are slim, even if the reservation says you’ll get one. This is out of the hands of the locations themselves. They will likely have a Polestar 2 or Chevy Bolt EUV available instead.

Rented a fleet vechiel that did not run. Did everything in my power to have the vechiel swapped out. But was told to take to to the repair shop so I took it to 2 repair shops. Pep Boys the second shop said the car needed to go back to the dealership for further diagnostic. I have not been offered a replacement car due to computer billing issues. And I'm still being charged for the car. Right now it says I owe 374.25 for last week and this week 186. And u still cannot pick up a Car. I have filled multiple complaints with hertz,lyft, and the BBB. But still nothing.

I have never written a one star review in my life, but this place deserves it. I ordered an electric car, showed up on time, and they told me the car was filthy and they needed 15-30 minutes to clean it. I asked how that could be since I had a confirmed appointment and they said it was dropped off last night and never cleaned. I also asked if it was fully charged and they said it was only about 45%. I asked for another car and they said it would need to be cleaned also. The manager disappeared and no one could locate her. Huge cluster. Never using this location again (or Hertz if I can avoid it).

I Reserved a tesla 2 months in advance . Literally 50 minutes before my rental pickup this employee named Josh called me and he said they don’t have tesla for rent that day. I asked him if they had it day before or week before and he said they don’t have tesla anymore for few months already so I asked him why he didn’t call me earlier and told me that why right before my pick up. He had no answer for that just told me I can get Kia instead. I told him I only wanted a tesla and he got really mad and hanged up on me. On top of that when you call hertz they say it is 10 min wait time, it takes about and hour to get to talk to someone there. I will never rent from hertz again and nex I’m filing bbb report . You can see how low their reviews are I’m not the only unhappy customer.

Worst company ever, they left me stranded with a flat tire with no assistance in any way. I picked up vehicle one day and the next day it gets a flat tire and they will make me pay for a tire or leave me stranded where it went flat customer service will not answer there phones and there roadside assistance did nothing to help this is the worse experience ever. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The automated phone system does not clearly state what option 5 is, but a good employee will inform you that option 5 is the way to talk to the local staff you're trying to call. The phrasing of the system does not state nor imply option 5 will connect you to the office. Option 5 is something like the following "if you are an insurance company or a local account press 5"Hertz is the worst rental company to use. Their local phone numbers route to an outdated automated system which will have you speaking to other departments that won't help you, and their supervisors told me they do not ever submit customer feedback or any form of input for corporate to improve things.Each department is specialized to very specific niches that your needs likely does not fit into, this is by design. Corporate designed this and prevents all employees from providing feedback on it.

Needed to choose a different dropoff location. Spent 25 on hold minutes after calling on the phone only to be redirected to corporate, who then told me to call the location directly. I did that again, got asked to hold, and then my call dropped (the second time this has specifically happened with Hertz in the last week, never with other contacts).By the time I got through to someone, I was already at the location instead of dodging half the city and a huge traffic jam by going to a different location.On top of that, their card readers are crap and while I was waiting someone who PREPAID got turned away because they "need to verify his card anyway" and it wouldn't read on the machine (the reason is to protect against fraud, but there's 0 legitimate reason it can't be manually confirmed by the guy behind the counter comparing names and numbers with his eyes).I should note: this scathing review has nothing to do with the local employees. All of my problems were caused by corporate policy and shoddy equipment

Did not have the full size SUV we reserved , had to settle for a smaller SUV making our trip quite cramped. Employees were courteous and polite

Very poor management & poor customer service. They clock in just to say “we don’t have any cars at the moment” for 8-10hrs straight. I hope corporate see this & do a clean house

Bait and switch on a reservation paid months in advance. I reserved a MY through AAA and prepaid in the beginning of November. Funny enough I would have canceled it due to another issue with Hertz sales. I'm not particularly interested in doing any business with them, but there was a $100 cancellation fee. So showed up to go ahead and rent the car and they tried to say they don't have Ys and they could give me a Bolt. A bolt cost half as much, has 80 miles less range, and has no access to Tesla infrastructure for charging. It literally could not have been driven where we planned to go without major charging headaches. Had to spend about 30 minutes in their over heated office while they had to call corporate to process the refund. If you want things to go smoothly STAY AWAY FROM HERTZ! I should have paid more attention to their reputation.
