6959 E 22nd St, Tucson“Great place to get friendly, professional service. They communicated well, kept me informed, and offered a great price for the excellent service. This is where we originally purchased our saw, and where we always get it serviced.”
“Excellent store convenient and shop often. I have only had one bad experience and that was the lady in paint. Other than that, the staff is so awesome and they will go out of their way to assist you. Incredible store. One of my favorites. Rather spend an extra dollar or two than go to bix box depot.”
“They always have a helpful person greet us when we walk in the door who knows right where the items are that we are looking for, and their prices are competitive.”
“Always love coming to my neighborhood Ace Hardware! This one is 10 mins from me, and the folks there are super helpful and knowledgeable every time I've been there! I sometimes just wish they were a little larger, but small town (Picture Rocks), so...TOTAL 5 stars!”
“I really like this store. They always help me with ideas and options for my watering system in my yard. I have a bunch of potted plants and have been able to get them all on an automatic system/timer which has made it possible for me to keep the plants alive and figure out changes and adjustments to the system when needed.”
“I love this place. Will always go out of my way to support a locally owned business.
They usually carry everything I am looking for and their staff is very knowledgeable.”
“I normally don’t write reviews, but I just wanted to give us huge ginormous. Thank you to Albert for helping me out today. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything he was talking about. He help me fix a problem that I’ve been having for three years. I will always go to this Ace Hardware store because of employees like him. I just wanted to take time today to say thank you Albert for helping me and being kind and friendly and giving spectacular customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ?????”

3162 N Freeway Industrial Loop Dr, Tucson“I’m always on the lookout for ways to break the ice in conversations today. Either that or ways to diffuse tense arguments with prop humor. Valentine’s Day is here which means there will be lots of lonely, toxic ladies looking for some love in seedy dive bars. And I just read a poll that I made up that says “85% of good looking women respond more to stupid pun humor than looks, money or height.”Luckily for me, while looking for another Tucson business to unnecessarily patronize, I stumbled across Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. off of the Freeway Industrial Loop. And on one of the reviews on there, I spotted a photo of a cartoonishly large nut and bolt. I figured I can get one of these bad boys to keep in my backpack in case the situation arises where I need to say something like “Sorry guys, things are getting a bit nutty in here. I gotta bolt”. I would pull it out and as people are laughing, I can get the heck out of there without dealing with awkward goodbyes. It would save me so much time and people I never want to talk to ever again wouldn’t bother me.So when I walked into Copper State Bolt and Nut Co. it was a big ol’ warehouse full of all sorts of manly hardware tools and fixer-upper-supplies and as soon as I saw the man with the white, handlebar mustache at the counter I let out a loud whistle and yelled “oh boy! THATS A LOTTA NUTS!”. I could tell he felt a little awkward because i’m sure people that frequent this place are already used to seeing a lot of nuts, but he gave a very gentle nod and then asked “what can we do for you today, sir?” I was like a kid in a candy store just thinkin’ about all of the punny situations I could get myself into. I said “howdy, good sir. I saw someone post a photo of a cartoonishly large nut and bolt online from this here business, and I was going to inquire into how I could come to possess said giant nut and bolt for mine own purposes”. He paused and then figured out what I was trying to ask. “A large diameter nut, huh?” I nodded. “So are you in steel frame construction? Aerospace? Gas?” “No sir, just bored and randy”.“Well son, if you’re looking for a one-off specialty item, stainless steel or superalloy with high tensile and shear strength, corrosion resistance and excellent high-temperature performance, it’s gonna cost you a pretty penny.” I said “speaking of which, did you know that pennies are actually made of zinc and coated with copper?” He just stared at me. “Well I thought you might be interested considering we’re in the copper state. Nevermind. How much we talkin? And don’t screw me over here buddy” I said with a slight chuckle. “With either domestic or import, at least $95 with a new customer discount”. I stood back and paused thinking about the fact I’m going to owe taxes this year. He started stroking his mustache. “Listen man, I just want to hit on a girl at a bar and when she refuses my advances, I wanna turn around and pull a giant prop and say “listen, I know you only wanna screw”. Can you help a brotha out?” He chuckled and pretended to talk on a walkie talkie. So I just went over to a nearby aisle and came back with a medium sized tube and said “here you go my man. I’ve decided to buy your caulk instead. Nice caulk selection.” He shook his head and let out a quiet cowboy laugh. Guess i’ll find my nuts on TEMU. 5 stars.”

“I had a good visit to Mark"s ACE hardware and it's a store i have relied upon for good products and staff for more than 35 years, when it was Campbell ACE Hardware. I am always surprised by the knowledgeable staff and I am glad that it is my local hardware "& etc." store.”

1430 W Wetmore Rd, Tucson“It was time to re-coat my roof. I started by looking at all my choices and chose to go with the local company, Tucson Rubberized Coatings!
I really did my homework this time and Tucson Rubberized Coatings knows what Arizona deals with concerning our specific weather changes over the year.
I studied the various products and watched all of the videos which really helped me understand how to do things right!
I called the Eastside location, one of three, and spoke with Eli about questions on the products.
I decided to go with the 10000 100% Acrylic Elastomeric product because of the bright UV features to help with keeping energy costs lower, tough protection against hail and extreme heat and more.
I was only planning to purchase products as I could out of pocket over time.
I got a call from Alex, the Manager at Tucson Rubberized Coatings, who kindly talked to me about my plan and how to make it even better for me.
Alex really won me over with his positive professionalism. I was so impressed time and time again with Alex throughout the process!
I really enjoyed all of the representative's I met like Bruno, Victor, and Jonathan, who all helped me feel valued!
I know I made the right choice and was guided and helped along the way while I worked on my roof.
I realized how the cleaning and prep work was the most important part while applying the roof coating was fun!
I followed the advice on the videos and watched how to apply the product. It really showed how easy it is to move the product around as instructed.
Thank you Alex, Jonathan, Bruno, Eli and Victor for making this an EXCELLENT experience for me!!!
I am recommending Arizonans to stick with a local company in Tucson who know what works best for our region.”

2606 N 1st Ave, Tucson“Fantastic local business. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with DIYers (like me) and trade professionals alike. There are times when you might have to wait while Bruce and Cici are assisting customers in front of you. It's worth the wait. You will get personal service and their full attention when it's your turn. Bruce helped me with great advice on extracting a bad shower control valve cartridge from a tiled shower. If I couldn't get the cartridge out, it would have involved rip and tear into the tiled wall to get the valve out. Worked like a charm. I'm grateful and appreciative of this place.”

“The manager, Danny, and Alfredo were a really big help! I took a set of bifold closet doors to be cut for me. After the closet doors were cut and I took them home, I noticed that there was a mistake with one of the doors. One door was cut in the wrong side. I called them right away and let them know. Danny, the manager, went out of his way to do everything he could to make things right for us. Danny replaced the doors for us and personally made sure that the new closet doors were cut exactly how I needed them. I would recommend Woodworkers Source to anyone cause of the Danny and Alfredo. Mistakes happen but they made things right and made it easy to get things fixed. Thank you, Danny! Your honesty and integrity is extremely noticed and appreciated sir!”

“This Ace Hardware is the most welcoming and friendly hardware store I've stepped foot in. I like to think of myself as handy (but I'm not really). I start projects, realize partway through that I need a different tool or bit of hardware. I very consistently get eager help finding just what I need.
Additionally, this location is just plain fun to spend some time in the hobby section! You're likely to find not just hobby supplies and equipment, but a new hobby as well!”
