Great prices on very nice quality tools. But don't ask an employee for help God for bid!!! I needed help selecting the proper air regulatory and walk up and down every isles looking for an employee only people I could find was cashier working as cashier I asked where everyone was. She say I don't know? Not very professional could have at least called someone or a manager. Very sad ? I loved this store but not to sure about my returning to it anymore. I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of tools aircompressors

Cashier was very helpful when we couldn't find an advertised item on the shelf, he found one in stock. We were able to purchase the item we came for.

one of the very few businesses where a human answers the phone and immediately, I was looking for something and had to call all the different shops in Tucson to find it and within seconds a human answers the phone, pretty much mind-boggling in 2024 and definitely to be applauded, harbor freight is organized and on the ball
