“I needed a very firm mattress and Mattress Firm advertised a model that fit in my budget due to a sale they have going. They didn't have any of the 'extra firm' mattresses at this store to try out but Paul, my sales person, offered to see if another location nearby had one for me to try. Very nice and a good sales practice. He asked if I wanted to try some options I may not have considered or known about that might be a step up in firmness from my firm Posturepedic. He did indeed have a mattress I hadn't considered or known about that was actually perfect for my pressing needs. I will update my post after I have slept on it for a few weeks but I did research into the manufacturing side of it now and I believe I made a great choice and Paul was very considerate of my budget as well. “I've been to this Mattress Firm several times before and got a lovely coconut pillow there many years ago. Today, it was time for the big purchase, a new mattress. Wayne was the most phenomenal sleep expert! He took the time to get to know me and my partner and assess our sleep and relaxation habits to find the best fit for us. He was genuine and funny, overall a very kind and positive individual! Wayne went through all the details of each mattress, why we would or wouldn't like them, and all the price comparisons to help find our perfect fit. You get to pick exactly what you want and what fabric and what arm type etc. Plus you get to support a local family owned business. I imagine I wont need a new sofa for a long long time but I don't think I will ever be doing stupid sam levits or costco etc ever again when I can get something made by hand in my own city.”
“After having visited virt every Tucson furniture store today I bought two chairs and a couch from Copenhagen. The employee by the name of Will was easy to work with. He was available to answer questions without stalking the customer. This is a huge turnoff, and a sales tactic used at other furniture stores. The prices at Copenhagen are reasonable and in fact less expensive than a few so called discount stores.”
