Used to love Fry's but the app you neeed to use is ridiculous if you are not tech savvy or if you are in a hurry. Wish they were more user friendly or wish employees could help us!

Second pick up order in a row that we've had to return to the store because our order was messed up. The first time we were missing a gallon of milk. Not a big deal since we are only 5 minutes away and they brought right out. The most recent screw-up was much more frustrating. We ordered a bunch of six packs of soda on sale. When we got home and checked our receipt we realized we were charged full price for 9 out of 11 of the six packs. We checked the ad and confirmed all of the sodas we bought were on sale with no limit. Sale Items should ring up automatically so we're not sure what happened. We called the local store to see if we could handle it over the phone. NOPE! have bring the receipt in to get the credit. Took us a total of 35 minutes round trip to go stand in line at customer service and literally, all they did was key in the receipt number and issue the refund to our card. Why could this not have been handled over the phone? My time is worth more than the couple of hundred points we earned by using the pick up service. That is the last one for us. We may start using Safeway for grocery pick up and see how that goes.

As a 15+ year customer at this location, I have to say this store needs some serious reevaluations and I hope the right person sees this. I will no longer use grocery pick up at this location until the manager, Stephanie, is replaced with someone willing to talk to customers to resolve issues, and treat her employees with dignity and respect. This woman is clearly not in a mental position herself to manage others in a well manner.

First time I've been to that Fry's. and I can say that it is nice and clean and full of everything for shopping. the people are also pleasant.

It was a clean store, even on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of selection on fresh fruits and vegetables and frozen as well.

You can always find great deals weather they are in clearance or just on sale. My grocery bill was cut in half just by shipping here instead. They also have really cool looking house plants.

Good selection, employees are always helpful. Be careful of the ice cream because I have found many of them expired. I will lower my rating if it continues.

Worst service ever it is senior day lines were long because they only had two registers open and four self check outs open and the lady running the self check out area was beyond rude when I asked for assistance because it wasn't ringing up correctly. She kept telling me it's because I put my discount number in after the fact when it was the first thing I did as I always do when I get to the register. I informed her no it's been there since before I started ringing it up and she's like no you just did it. Like lady I know what I did did you see me do it that way no because you weren't even watching what was happening and I had to ask twice for help and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me nothing my attitude. Makes me never want to shop at this store again. What happened to customer service if you hate your job get a new one but don't take it out in the customer paying money because you hate your job.
