This pharmacy has been terrible about getting me my script on time. I’ve been trying to fill it for a week now and they keep pushing my order back.

Suboxone patients, go to Walgreens or CVS instead. This place NEVER has my suboxone script on time, and we all know this is a time-sensitive script. Sometimes they say my script was never called in, when I literally just drove straight there from the doctor’s office. I never had this issue with any other medication except Suboxone. I don’t know what their deal is but they do not come through with my script on time, ever.

For some reason they have trouble filling suboxone scripts. They say that they will order some and tell you to come back the next day. But when you go back, they tell you the same thing again - that they do not have any suboxone. This is a huge relapse risk, so I strongly advise against this pharmacy.

I have been trying for three days to get a prescription refilled. Each day there is some reason why it isn't filled. This medication is not a controlled substance, something I have refills for a year on, just can't get it filled. It affects my daily life not to have it.

Really appreciate staff wearing gloves and masks. Management needs to enforce customers wearing masks. If this doesn't improve I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I've gotten conflicting answers from 2 pharmacists and one of the desk helpers. The first pharmacist told me to come back on the 10th(today). The desk helper told me that nothing was ready and I would have to wait an hour for the script to be filled. I waited an hour and came back. The 2nd pharmacist said that it was still too soon and I would have to wait 4 more days. I called my doctor and switched back to Walgreens. I've never had this issue there.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, actually asked me my dog's birthdate to get a drug that was prescribed for him! just dumb Never had one time right, we only have 2 prescriptions, except for the times the dog has to get his and for the 6 times I went to pick the prescriptions up only ONCE did they get it right !!!!!! The automated voice system that actually takes the prescription numbers was good..................but if there were more than the one script you would never get the other one filled !!!!! I had asked for them to change our phone # that was previously listed and the person on the line said that she did the change............called later to find out if it had been updated from the morning, early, and that afternoon, late, it had never been changed. The Frys that closed on Grant and Alvernon had the BEST pharmacy, we NEVER had a problem there.

Ordered from doctor pharmacy item Thur early afternoon Frys didn't finish order until next day 1145 . They don't have " normal" antibiotics in stock. Line at noon was 6 deep. Not worth the fuel points ?
