Two men came promptly and worked continuously till project was done—involved moving furniture from on house to another—and setting up furniture in new house
Great and perfect service—neat fast and good manners—thought price was fair
Definitely will use again—first rate!!

We recently used Delivery Doctors for a house move that included a large cabinet with curved glass doors (heavy and fragile) and about a dozen bookcases. The crew dismantled them for the move and everything arrived intact. The crew was efficient and friendly. I would use this company again without hesitation.

First time I have used professional movers. Great communication with the office staff. All charges were explained in detail and were approximately 1/3 the cost compared to quotes from other moving companies. Movers were professional, friendly and efficient.Delivery Doctors were highly recommended and I will definitely use again if needed.

I would recommend going with another company. They don't cover protection on several types of items. if you do hire them make sure you inspect everything before they leave because will not cover anything after the fact (dont trust them to tell you).

I had a wonderful experience with this company! The set up was super easy. I made an initial phone call that was promptly returned. The prices were very reasonable. The two workers that moved us into our house were also incredibly courteous, friendly, professional, and did their job exceptionally well. We would use them again for our next Tucson move.

These folks are great and were a life saver for me. Went above and beyond the "have-tos" in order to get the job done right. It's the 4th time I've worked with them and won't be the last. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

I would not use again. I would not recommend. Near end of loading the truck, the homeowner came and said I can have two cabinets. Then the driver developed an attitude about adding the cabinets, and would not complete adding all my boxes to truck. He said there was no room. There absolutely was room. I had to leave some boxes at neighbor's and had to leave one box behind. The rest went in my car. My table arrived with a small piece gone. The price was about double what I expected. I called their office and talked to some man, and talked to owner. Both said I had misunderstood. Not how business owners usually behave. Driver said price depends on how many boxes and how many trips carrying boxes. That is absurd. This company moved me years ago and they were great; amazing. Not anymore.

Would not use again. Would not recommend. Near end of loading truck, homeowner came and offered me 2 cabinets. This started an attitude in the driver. Noticable. They loaded cabinets and decided there was no room on the truck for the rest of my boxes. There clearly was. I carried one box to driver then he closed truck. Like a petulant child not an adult professional. My remaining boxes went in my car and some went to neighbor. One box I had to leave. My table arrived damaged. Final cost about twice what expected. Driver said depends in how many boxes and trips carrying boxes. Movers do not behave this way. I called the company. Man who answered and owner with attitudes and said that I had misunderstood and they were right. I would not.mind paying more for excellent work and behavior; and those folks are a joy to work with. Delivery Doctors comes with attitude, boredom. I did not find integrity.

Delivery Doctors has moved me four times in the past four years, and I would hire them again for my next move. They've always been on time, worked quickly and diligently, and treated my belongings with care. Like everything else, their rates have increased over the years but they are still one of the better values in town. For me, totally worth it! Zach, Lucian, and Francis were assigned to my most recent move. All three men were very respectful and friendly, and they worked so hard!

I wish there was a negative star option. because this business is a scam. From a 3rd generation business owner who has an MBA from Stanford with 27 years experience perspective, I do not know how Delivery Doctors is still in business. Because there are tons of negative reviews online. Even on the Better Business Bureau site they have negative reviews ONLY, and you need verification to post on there.John is scum and so is his daughter and junkie son. They rip people off left and right and engage in downright illegal practices that will soon be getting the attention from FinCEN (hint to you John). There is something coming to them that they will not see coming, because dozens of people have been reporting them to the BBB as well as law enforcement FOR YEARS. This all started when I used this scam (unknowingly) because a realtor that I've done business with recommended them (I later found out that said realtor personally and intimately knows John and his family and suffice it to say said realtor no longer enjoys my business) and I scheduled them to move furniture into a newly built house in Oro Valley that we were doing an open house for. All furniture was brand new and was handmade from a local craftsman. I made this point clear to John and told him that his workers cannot damage thefurniture in any way and he said his employees were "experts". really? An expert at moving furniture XD. After they moved it in everything seemed fine and I paid the bill and gave tips to their workers (though I should not have because they were obviously high and worked slowly and made vulgar comments on the physical appearance of one of the realtors which made her wait in her car till they were done) and made plans to use them again when the house was sold. Well the next day I go to the property to arrange everything for the open house. I was appalled. There was damage to the sofa cushions as well as to the cherry wood dinner table. There were also chips on the silver mirror frames. And a wallmirror that has a gold plated frame was broken down the middle. it wasn't noticeable at first because it was superglued together. They broke the mirror and tried to hide it. The tweaker truck driver lied to my face when I asked him if there were any problems.I don't want to make this longer, but basically I explained everything to John and his demeanor did a 180 and he called me a liar. I threatened him with legal action and his exact words were: "you're not going to do shit beaner". And hung up on me. I ended up suing him and it is still in litigation. I also have been interviewing past victims of John and his scam and have amassed 132 confirmed reports of theft, sexual harassment, check fraud, assault, and possibly wire fraud. All I want to say is, most of the glowing reviews that are posted anywhere online are from people who John knows personally. John is not a good business person (not man). You're better off at Two Guys and a Truck.

Recently I used Delivery Doctors to make a move including several different stops. Robert W, Marcos and Aron were excellent. I would definitely use this company again.

Came back to take off another star. Keep finding things months later, like the guest bed headboard that they didn’t really attach and lost the screws for, so when I finally had a guest stay the headboard came off and ruined the drywall behind it.Original: Went with them through the recommendation of a friend. They damaged items including my nearly new $2k refrigerator, now dented and scratched. We continue finding additional damage to our walls and doorways from items being moved in. But if you don’t make a claim on day one they will fine print their way out of any responsibility. Also, don’t expect them to read the labels on your boxes, items marked for rooms upstairs and we are still moving items to the correct locations and trying to find boxes because they put them wherever. If you have a small move they might still be ok, the movers themselves were nice enough during the move.
