The CVS pharmacy at 5100 Grant, Tucson is the worst I've ever been to. They are understaffed and overworked. There was a long wait to pick up my prescriptions, and when I finally got to the assistant at the counter, she gave me incomplete information on one rx and totally wrong information on another. i had to go back that evening, stand in line again, because they don't answer the phone and the automated system is not useful, and again was given incorrect information. Also, I was not offered pharmacist consultation on these drugs, which were new to me. They were turning people away who had signed up for vaccines because of being understaffed.

First of all I would like to say in my previous experiences I have almost always been very pleased but today was a nightmare & unacceptable.Last month they were supposed to notate on my account that a certain brand from a particular manufacturer did not work for me. I received my medication & it was the wrong manufacturer brand, the one I had requested to not be given to me! There was no notation on my account. One of my only options was to wait while they ordered it & probably would not be in for 5 days! I would be out for at least/over 3 days. It would also throw off when it gets filled as this prescription can only be filled every 30 days. The other was to return it & request from my doctor another script sent to a different pharmacy which would be just as time consuming & would have problems with my insurance as well.I get this medication EVERY month & have been with them for years! They had the order 4 days previous so there really isn't any excuse why they could not have the correct medication there for me when it came time to fill it.I felt I had no other option but to keep it. A medication that basicly doesn't work for me.Needless to say I was very upset & shocked! I don't know what has happened to this particular branch/ location but it sure isn't for the better??. In the past I have never encountered issues like this!

After all this , my prescription profile is now under a different name, and much confusion, when I pick up meds from the other CVS, I've been a customer of target pharmacy before it was CVS, this is ridiculous!

Some nasty cashier just gave us attitude. There was a misunderstanding about the item limit for a purchase. Instead of being nice, she just tossed it behind her and gave us a **** eating grin like a 12 year old. Please fire this nasty person, she's the girl with the ponytail. She also rudely refused to break a 50. She snapped in a rather surly manner, "we have a change shortage". I will never understand rudeness for the sake of being rude! CVS is better than this and your corporate office should feel mortified.

Kris is such a kind woman to be helped by! She is very patient if you have a lot of questions and need alot of help (I am completely lost when it comes to do it yourself touch screens and such) and she won't make you feel bad. Great customer service! I will return because of her.

Due to recent health issues, I have been coming to this CVS more often than I would like. However, the staff (particularly Julian and Jason) are exceptionally helpful. As busy as they are, they always greet you with a smile and are willing to answer your questions. I like the auto refill option and for those medications that don't require it, unenrolling is very easy. Thanks for helping make my health a priority, CVS team!
