This store USED to care about their customer and was by far the best Cricket in Tucson but the owner bought other Cricket stores and they stopped caring about the customer and only care about money. I went into the store to set up bridge pay and the computer system said by bill was $116 total and to start bridge pay I needed $90. I explained that wasn't right, bridge pay is half your bill which would be $60 and $60 is what it says it is when I call customer service to do it. The employee said "then call customer service and do it over the phone" Great customer service skills! I explained I had cash or I would, he just said there was nothing he could do. I went outside and called customer service who told me it was $60 to start bridge pay and the guy in the store was wrong and he should fix it.i go back inside and show him again where it says $60. His response now was "what do you want me to do?" I told him "Customer service would be you calling cricket and the two of you solving the problem for the customer, ME." He replied, "I mean I could do that but they are just gonna say you should pay it through them so like that's a waste of time." There were NO other customers in the store and the guy just wanted to go back to sitting on his phone! This is the 3rd time since the owner expanded and hired this guy that I have gone into this store expecting the excellent service they used to have and gotten treated like my business was not important. A few months back I went in to buy 3 phones totally $1200 and he told me the only phones I could get were these cheap down grades and tried to get me to buy 3 without even turning one on then told me I'd never find the phones I wanted it was this cheap phone or nothing. I bought the 3 phones I wanted else where. It's sad that expanding has taken away the care for the customer that made this store good in the first place. I won't be returning again and after 9 years with Cricket because of them we are switching companies.

My phone was no longer working with Cricket's plan because of the 3G network shutdown. But this store refused to let me upgrade to an iphone because I had a xiaomi phone. They claimed that there were "tiers" and they could only give me a Samsung or android phone. They were rude and even went as far as to say they sold out their last iphone so they could not help me. I went to the cricket store on Ina and Thornydale and they had much better customer service. They had no issues with upgrading me to an iphone with no questions asked. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different cricket store

Was just in there to purchase a new phone. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Customer service was A1. I didn't even ask for a case and my phone was handed to me with one on it already set up ?. Also the service is great

Arrived approx 3pm. One sales person for two customers. Salesman knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. Very clean inside.
