Jezus is seriously an amazing guy. He's the right balance of professional and compassionate. He treats Cricket customers with a profound level of respect. I wouldn't be surprised if he's the reason people in this area of Tucson come to, and stay with, Cricket.

I’m giving this store a 5 start, I may not have interacted with out employees will trying to start my services with cricket, but one employee you had here by the name Jezus, was an amazing worker! I came with my family to start 5 lines and us not thinking it was the first of the month ??♀️ went it and was taken care of by this guy, while he was doing his best to take care of us customers were coming in let and right, this man made sure every customer that walked in was greeted well, and when they all left that they left with satisfaction. We sure did give him a good laugh, and he sent us on our way with being new customers to cricket! Thank you again Jezus! You definitely deserve a raise! ?

I don't know his name but he made it the single best experience I've had in a cricket store. Friendly personable efficient and all while training a new person. Phenomenal! I wish everywhere I went was so awesome!

super upset with the way they work with repairs I went in with a broken back glass on my iPhone 13 Pro Max I paid to get the back replaced and they charged me $115 to fix, and I noticed that the back glass was not placed properly and within 2 days the glass started to crack once agin I called them to see if there was anything we can do about it and they wanted to charge me again but this time $90.so this is what my phone looks like now after a month of getting the repair.I will not be getting any of my repairs done here ever again

I've been coming to the Cricket store on Broadway/Campbell for quite a long time! The Manager Tommy works hard and you can see he loves his job! He, his son, "Little Tommy", Jesus, and bless his heart, I can't remember his name, I think it's Alberto. Mijo, sorry if I got it wrong! Every one of these gentlemen go out of their way to get customers the best phone deals, hands down!! Go visit, you'll see their great service for yourselves!

I had gone to a different franchise closer to my house for a tempered glass replacement. That store sold me the wrong one with zero refunds and didn't have the correct one. This franchise did and it's where I normally go. I told them what happened and even though it's not their store they gave me a discount because of the experience. They recognized that it was about that stores intensions and them just wanting to get the sale that was final. Excellent customer service and next time I'll drive the extra few miles because of it.
