Fantastic local business. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with DIYers (like me) and trade professionals alike. There are times when you might have to wait while Bruce and Cici are assisting customers in front of you. It's worth the wait. You will get personal service and their full attention when it's your turn. Bruce helped me with great advice on extracting a bad shower control valve cartridge from a tiled shower. If I couldn't get the cartridge out, it would have involved rip and tear into the tiled wall to get the valve out. Worked like a charm. I'm grateful and appreciative of this place.

Avoid this place at all cost! They try and force you to wear a mask post covid-19. First off it’s my right to choose what I want to do and not let some parts salesman dictate what I should wear. I’m surprised they don’t ask for a covid vaccine card. Save yourself the hassle, shop on Amazon or go to Home Depot. I hope they go out of business with these far left ridiculous unmandated mandates! Today is 01/15/2024.

The date is 1/9/2024 post COVID. There are facts and data available for the public to read. Current employees are forcing customers to wear masks. I rarely would recommend people go to Amazon to steer away from small businesses like this but in this case... I don't take healthcare advice from a plumber customer service desk employee. I personally watched 4 customers walk out due to this. Hope the owner of this business wakes up.Owner is extremely rude. ( Owner was not present during the conversation, I was not rude or condescending towards the employee requesting a mask. If the employee is wearing a mask for protection why should others be forced to wear a mask or be forced to stand outside in 36 degree weather, your protected by YOUR mask. I was still kind enough to DO businesses and stand outside in 36 degree weather. The shower stem I could have bought at Amazon or home Depot for 19.99, I paid 40.00 at this location.. if I would have known that owner was as rude as he was in the last 10 seconds of the transaction I would have been happy to make the drive to any of the large box stores. I would not recommend shopping with this small minded spiteful business owner.

This place is amazing. Such helpful and expert staff. Cici repaired the sink stopper part I brought in, when I assumed I'd need a replacement. Free of charge! I absolutely recommend this business.

This is the place to help you FIX your good old plumbing. Worth my flooded laundry room just to meet these fine people. Thank you, The Old Lady ?

I always think I'm going to have to replace the whole faucet but sure enough they have the part and better than original. Thank you!

They knew exactly what I was holding despite the fact that the part was almost seventy years old. They cleaned it and replaced some parts and wanted next to nothing for fixing it. I insisted on paying more and buying them lunch. My shower works again. This is a family run business that is an asset to our community. Treat them well and patronize the heck out of their business.

I went to 2 Ace Hardware stores before they referred me to Bonnets and Stems, who had exactly what I needed and were very helpful. I’m so glad this business is still here helping the Tucson community!

This shop should be called "Plumbing Magic" because you bring in your problem plumbing project and Bruce will solve it for you. Go directly here instead of stopping at the big boxes or hardware stores and you'll save time----and get knowledgeable help. I tell you this from firsthand experience.

I've been hunting around for months to replace a broken shower door bottom pivot piece. If you live in North Highlands, its the builder original shower installation and this part is prone to break over time. The part has also been out of stock for years. One of the neighbors on NextDoor recommended checking with Bruce. I emailed Bruce and he was able to find a 3D CAD plan for the part and 3D print it for me. I'm out of town currently, but he offered to mail it to me.Very friendly guy.

They have obscure plumbing parts that you won't find at Home Depot or Lowe's. I suggest that you try there first if you need a cartridge or stem for your shower or faucet, especially if it's older or for an RV.2 decades of plumbing experience informs my recommendation.
