Was dreading the stress of moving day but the guys from Assurance made the experience better than I thought it would be. They were courteous and hard working and had our things off the truck and in the house in no time. They re-assembled some items that had been taken apart and put things where we asked them to. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to Jason and Randy!

I had a lot of friends warn me that movers would always disappoint with something. We had an excellent experience with this moving team, even though we had to push back our move in a day as we did not get keys to the new home in the time expected. No furniture was broken and they ensured I was happy with the placement of everything before heading out. On top of all of that they were very cost friendly and hard working.

The guys at Assurance Relocation Systems were fantastic! I had a specialty item that needed moving and the move went flawlessly! The men were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Great service! I had a client that needed a 1000lbs. gun safe moved from our moving truck, into their home. Safes of this size need to be handled by a safe mover and the service by Assurance went flawlessly. I will definitely recommend them again.

Hi my movers today were great. They came just in time and were very efficient and left everything in great shape for my storage! Thank you happy new years... Assurance Moving and storage was horrible because when my belongings were such a mess! Old Boxes from other moves nothing they packed were not even sealed. A few things were missing and damaged. Too much to write
I have moved many times in 30 years Til this

Very impressed! I had a lot of weird requests like moving a safe, making an extra stop, mounting two large TVs. Nothing fazed them. They knew how to do everything, including assembling items. Price was very reasonable! It was worth every dollar. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a low stress move.

The guys called ahead and arrived on time. The move went very smoothly. They helped to ensure the electrical connection to the hot tub was on the correct side. I would highly recommend this team of movers.

CAUTION! RED ALERT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Troy called every 2 weeks to get my business and move a small 2 bedroom Condo. He said I could hire 3 guys for $199.00 and hour and it would only take 4 to 6 hours total and complete. I gave him $150.00 deposit. They showed up at 9 a.m. I had already packed everything except the large furniture. The 3 guys that showed up said it would be easy and should be only a few hours. One mover called Lynn and I had to give them my bank card and I.D. They started the move. I waited all day at my new empty house and finally Lynn called me and said she was charging me for 18 hours because she said it took them 9 hours to load and it will take 9 hours to unload. THAT IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! She charged me $2812.00 and said that my card declined and she would not take another card. Demanded that I Zelle her the money, she only wanted cash. My band shows no declined transactions. I had the money. I was extremely scared. They had my entire life in their truck. She said I had 15 minutes to pay her in cash or she was going to take all my belonging to her storage and charge me hourly as well and come Monday the bill would be over $5000.00 she extorted against me and threatened me saying she was going to keep my entire house belongings. It was on Sunday 2/4/24 and she laughed at me when I started crying, saying we don't do tears, we are in the business for money only. Get me my money she said, and by the way she said your f'd because it is Sunday and the banks are closed and Zelle has a limit, so you better figure it out and get me my money so I paid it. They showed up and it only took them 2 hours to unload. Then I requested a receipt and invoice. AND BOY WHAT A SCAM. They charge you for all kinds of hidden fees. And will not reimburse you for overcharges or damages. They broke 2 mirrors, a sheet of glass to my custom made hutch. They broke and scratched several of my furniture. Then I return to my condo the next day. They had left my A/C on for 2 days on temp 66. And worst of all they left my front door open for anyone to get in. Now Troy can not be reached. He avoids our calls. Please do not use this company. And I will be taking legal action and moving forward with this company. I wonder if the IRS knows that they extort people for cash and embezzle them. And hold your belongings for ransom. And as for Lynn that will be enclosed in the near future.
