UPDATED REVIEW: PART TWO!! I HAVE CALLED THE 1-800 NUMBER THEY ASKED ME TO CALL AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED BACK TO ME ABOUT EITHER OF MY COMPLAINTS.
My husband and myself went around 730pm-8pm and bought a few items from their hot meals and one we paid and left we noticed they had a sticker that had BUY BEFORE: 545PM printed on it. It goes off of the time they cooked the items and put them out for customers to purchase. We returned to the store so they could resolve this issue and the guy manager that was working told me he would give me a refund! And he doesn't care what time the sticker has printed on it! He continued saying how they leave the hot food out till someone purchases them!!
Employees are rude. You must have a vehicle to enter the store, so even if you live across the street they will not allow you in the store If your not in your vehicle! The guy manager who works is supposed to be setting an example to his employees, but yet he is the one who is the worst! He is always rude, and when I asked him about the policy for the warm food they sell that was past the time it was good till his response was "we leave it there till someone buys it no matter how old they are!!" THAT CAME FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF!!!!!

I called today for ampm they don’t answer phones for anyone how do they do service I called cuz someone sitting at a gas pump and nobody can get gas I called 1800 number left a message

I don't know what happened, I went in to buy and I had my backpack on my back and then one of the store attendants came out and behaved very badly and told me to get out because I couldn't buy anything. Why did I have to bring a car ? I told him yes it was because I had my backpack since I was walking and he told me no that they were orders that he was given, the truth is I felt very bad about the way they rescued me it was today this day at 5:00 pm thank you

The worker be hind the counter was very rude and you can't walk in there unless you have a vehicle so they don't want money from people that don't have a car so don't go to this location

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I came here today 03/01/2024 at 12:15 pm and the manager who is working her shift today obviously seems to hate her job. Not only did the pump outside NOT let me pump gas but also charged my account over $100 for gas I never received. When going inside to speak to the manager not only did she not acknowledge us as she was too busy speaking with someone else about their personal life, but within 5 seconds of explaining the issue she immediately copped an attitude towards us and proceeded to ignore our concerns and what was going on. We had to explain in English and Spanish to her and she continued to not seem to care what was going on. She was rolling her eyes. Giving rude comments and trying to make it seem as if we were stupid for being concerned about a $180 charge for gas being taken from our account. If this job isn’t for you and you want to sit and talk about ur personal issues rather than DO YOUR JOB!!! maybe you need a different job and definitely should not be a manager. Not only that but as I’m walking out upset she proceeds to give her snarky remarks and dumb comments. Great customer service from the managers at this location. What a joke. Lol

After 2020 and just LIFE these workers are lazy at attending customers past 8pm they either hide lock the door or make excuses your better off letting these people lose they're job and paying at Costco down the street.

I've been coming to this gas station for years ever since I moved here to Tucson, have gotten to know the employees and everything has always been good, except tonight. I walk into the store with my partner after reading a hand written sign that's taped on the door which reads "NO WALKERS" I Ignore the sign not understanding exactly what it meant. Before I'm even completely inside the store I hear the employee start telling my partner and I that we aren't allowed inside because walkers aren't welcomed anymore after an incident that took place 3 days ago. He continues to ok inform us that 3 days prior some individuals walked in and broke some of the windows, stole some items and even drew out a knife and threatened the cashier that was working at the time. I was really upset to hear what had happened but to what extent is this ridiculous punishment going to go. Really no one that is on foot now can go make a purchase? This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed by corporate asap!!

To the lady cashier who got to work today December 1 around 8 :00p.m -8:30p.m. If your having a bad day sweetie don't take it out on your customers. Stay home Karen , if your going to go off on customer's for asking you a question .That is your job correct? Maybe customer service is not your thing. So rude !! God Bless ?? I will pray for you. Don't forget to smile ? Jesus loves you ?? I wanted to put O stars but it didn't allow me too. Get friendlier employees pls

I was just there yesterday and I paid for gas and got cash back, checked my bank statement and I got screwed. They charged me twice, this is not the first time it's happened. When I went to tell the manager about it she didn't care at all. Very unprofessional and rude!!
