Called to find out if they had an old fashioned gate latch cast steel not these thin cheaply welded modern ones. They acted like they never heard of what I was talking about.

I called ahead an hour before closing with a list of items, arrived 30 minutes later and everything was invoiced and ready to go. They loaded up and I was out the door in no time. All my questions were answered, with lots of helpful advice along the way. Very professional, excellent prices. Great company!

Contacted American Fence Co. Online for a quote to buy a gate for my yard. 2 days later I recieved a call requesting additional information regarding where they were going to install the fence? I advised the gal that in my request I stated that I just wanted to purchase a gate. She then read the information that I had entered online and stated she would forward the request for a quote. After 3 more days I called the Phoenix number multiple times to no avail. Finally I called the Tucson branch and explained what I needed for a gate and within 2 days I recieved a call with a quote and a form to special order the gate with a follow up call when she received my paperwork that the gate was ordered. Online and the Phoenix office were absolutely no help with my purchase, but the Tucson office came through for me.
