Google's tap to pay won't work at self checkout OR the register. My app gave me a checkmark when I tapped it, so clearly something wrong with their system they can't or won't address. Have cash or a card or you'll waste a half hr of your life like me

customer service desk, front line manager, and self checkout attendent, left me standing at the un attended "open" lane 1 for several minutes. eventually i walked over to self checkout, manager walked up and silently scanned her badge shoulder to shoulder with me. i shortly asked wheres the cashier, she pointed to the self checkout attendant. entire time lane 1 light is on and no lane closed signage is up. and no-one informed me to go somewhere else.
if only self checkout was open or someone had spoke up instead of ignoring, i would be a happy customer

This is the cleanest store in my area and the cashiers/mgmt are always helpful and courteous.Update 1/18/24Recently they have made many upgrades to this store mainly with all new freezer and refrigerator cases. They've brought in many new food items & I've found several things I had never tried before that are now favorites. I use the pharmacy here and I am always spoken to with the upmost respect and in private whenever requested or necessary.This Albertsons continues to be my favorite store. I feel they go above and beyond what any of the competitors do.

Excellent. Not familiar with Albertsons layout, asked an associate for a particular item. They did not have what exactly I was looking for,but another associate found me and brought me their options of what I was looking for. Awesome service.

The store is usually awesome awesome staff and all. But today was messed up totally it was my son's birthday and we order a cake the cake was poorly made. On the flat spart of the cake there was huge bumps on it. The manager took care of us and made it right. We'll when we did his birthday party this evening it was even worse the cake filling was wrong the frosting was wrong ruined my son's birthday totally what a huge disappointment
