The last couple of storms hit the roof hard and I was tired of doing spot repairs myself. Filed a claim with my insurance and went through Thumbtack to locate some roofing companies to provide estimate on replacing the roof.Jorge was one of the first to come out. He looked things over and gave me an affordable solid estimate. Also told me that he could get guys working on it within a week. I thanked him and let him know I had other companies bidding. I had four more companies come over, look things over and bid. We made the decsion to go with A Mountain Roofing Thursday night.By Friday morning Jorge was confirming that he could have the roof started by Wednesday of the following week (5 days away) but before I sent him the signed contact my wife had a list of like seven questions/concerns she wanted answered. Jorge answered them promptly and with the answers she was agreeable to. Signed contract was sent over.Two and a half days. That is all it took. Stripped down, new synthetic underlay, new 30 year name brand shingles and all debris cleaned up and hauled away.I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

These people did a roofing inspection on my house during a home sale. They gave a quote of $1000.00 for cleaning the tree debris, remove and replace up to 15 flat tiles and 2 ridge tiles, replace some mortar cement to end caps and reset some slipped tiles and haul away all of the roof debris. Even this work needed to be done this is only like an hour or hour and half of work, worth about only $400.00Well guess what I have learned not to trust anyone and to ask a lot of questions years ago. These people were scamming me! I reached out and requested additional quotes. Always get multiply quotes don't trust anyone. I received another quote for another company and the inspector came down from my roof and said you are all good. What? I said. He said yeah your roof is in great shape for the age of your home. So he proceeded to show me the pictures that he took. Guess what! There was NO debris anywhere my roof was clean! No broken tiles! No mortar needing replace!I hate LIARS and Thieves Beware of this company!!!!

A Mounting Roofing took 3 days to vanish my 40 year old tile roof and replace it with golden *********************** corning shingle roof guaranteed for 30 years and reflects 20% of the sunlight. All leaks around pipes and protrusions were sealed shut economically. Great valuable working team.

I called for a warranty issue. There was some cracking in the sealant they used around vents that needed to be sealed. I called Jorge twice and never even got a phone call back. They had reroofed my house three years ago with a four year warranty. Meredith Lambert

I guess they thought that the roofing sheeting would seal the main AC trunk line. When I went up there to fix the problem at my own expense, I found lunch trash in the crawl space. Mike will constantly complain about his "labor problems," etc. and when I told him I had to put off the job a couple of months due to personal issues, he pouted. Not to mention his personal problems. Often it was a really trying experience not to mention unprofessional. But, boy howdy, was I his best friend when I kept my word and called him back when I said I would. I asked him for 40 bucks for a reimbursement for the materials, didn't even think about charging him for the half day I spent up there fitting and sealing the duct work (that day was 109, so you can guess what the temperature was in the crawl space), he said he would send be a check and four months later still no check. So this review is to let you know. He also charged me for five sheets of plywood, used two and when I cornered him on it he refunded 100 dollars. He "gave" me the last sheet because loading it onto the truck, (I had it picked up and carried it to his truck) was too much of a bother. There is far more in this S@!$#show, but this thing is long enough. The roofers themselves, did a nice job. Quick and pretty clean as far as roofing goes, some debris left behind, on top of the lunch trash in the crawl space. So that's why they get two stars.

I hired A Mountain Roofing to detect and fix the cause of a leak on the top roof of my small 2 story town home. The estimate seemed a bit high but he was highly recommended. It took 5 guys to "Recoat 2 5x5 areas with white elastomeric Apoc 247" the problem-they re coated the wrong roof and still charged me $980. They re coated two the back of first story roof where there wasn't even a leak and did nothing to fix the initial issue. They didn't even bother with a power wash before applying the coating. They also used my carport as their own personal trash spot and left their water bottles just lying around. Jorge came out the next day and he "fixed it" but didn't even bother coating the area with the leak. I would not hire or recommended this company for any future work. I definitely learned my lesson-ALWAYS read the reviews. A Mountain Roofing is unreliable, incompetent and a scam of a "business".

I had an immediate response from Jorge. He was professional, and detailed in his quote. He actually gave me a quote within 24 hours, and completed the job within 8 days, on the day we scheduled it to be done. He took detailed pictures both before and after, and the quote was the same as the final bill. Professional, courteous, prompt, organized... what more could you ask for?
