Should not take 15 minutes for an online pickup order. Supposedly had to cancel my online payment and had to pay upfront. Also addressing me and my name as “that” is rude.

Horrible place. The workers were all standing around talking and laughing while a line was forming. My husband had to call someone and the girl that came didn't even know how to use the register while another worker kept looking but didn't help. Another customer had to call for another employee since the line was getting long. Multiple registers and only two open. While the rest stayed in the middle still laughing. No one asks if you need help and they all look at customers with judgment like you're not skinny or good looking enough to be in the store. I will never go back and will be speaking to someone higher up.

Long line and only 1 cashier. Took forever. No variety of sizes. Only found 1 shirt. Was looking for about 5. Get some larger sizes

Few good clothes. Workers in their own world take their sweet time. Lol it should not 10 minutes for a transaction of literally 1 shirt.

KIDS THESE DAYS Good assortment of clothing styles and designs. They have what's trending for today's youth. Pre-Adolescent, Adolescents, Teens, even young adults can find sizes and fashions that suit them. Pricey here but there are a few clearance racks throughout the store. Quite a large store so there is a lot of different merchandise to look over. The clerk asked if we needed help which I thought was good awareness while they were engulfed in their duties. One cashier was at checkout the whole time ready to get you rung up and out.

Called to find a shirt, put me on hold to look for it. They found it and asked for my name so they can put it on hold and told me to make sure I picked it up by the end of day. I arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up. When I arrived, I waited in a very long line to get to the front and be told that he never put it on hold and that they didn't have any.

Beware. Do not buy gift cards from here. A gift card to my niece for $25 had no value when she went to use it. When we tried to get the $ back at the store...then calling customer service they did nothing and told us to dispute the charge on the card. Pretty sure the selling employee took it.

Jeremy was extremely helpful and patient. Thanks to his great service we bought a second pair of Van's. When he didn't know an answer to our question, he found someone who did. The store was nice, clean and practiced social distancing. Immediately located at Rainforest Cafe entrance.
