The people running this place during turn night shift are seriously lazy. As part of security they have a window that's used by the cashier to accept payments and hand out the purchased products.
I live close by and almost 90% of the time it's like nobody's there, are you seriously so lazy to just come over to the booth. I visited the store again tonight saw the guy manning the cash register on the inside and as soon as I went close poof the guy just vanished.
Talk about outstanding professionalism....

I would not get gas here as price is much higher than any place further away from airport. Price hiking in full gear here.

I just went here 8/26/23 to get gas. Fry’s fuel points no longer work at circle K but they work at Shell gas stations. This place was closer than fry’s. I was at pump 8. At first it told me how many cents off a gallon and that it applied. Then as I’m trying to use the pump, the gas won’t come out, nothing is happening, and I’m pushing buttons trying to get everything to work. It tells me to replace the pump which I do, then when I try again to insert the pump, my points are gone, now I’m paying full price. I try to stop the pump from pumping gas and the handle is broken, spewing gas all over the ground. I’m cussing, so mad. DO NOT GO To THIS SHELL!!! I will never go here again.

Tonight at 10pm 11/27/23 the cashier lady screamed at me in the parking lot after just pulling in saying she will call the police if I do not leave. I told her “I just want to buy a drink” and she screamed “I’m calling the police right now, i do not care” - I then told the other people arriving that she’s denying customers. I will be calling her manager tomorrow and Shell corporate. She deserves to be fired for the disgusting behavior and shouldn’t ever work in retail again. I hope she takes this review as a sign. You guys lost two of your regulars tonight due to her behavior and it will only progress with her staying employed at shell.My boyfriend and I are regulars at this gas station and everyone knows us but this new lady. We have never had an issue and always get nachos from there. We live extremely close, so you can only imagine how often we are there.

while getting ready for a long delivery shift (putting on phone mount fueling up etc) got told i cant sit here moments before i got out to get fuel ? i guess i had my sunshade on but thats because someone was facing me and had bright lights ?♀️ oh wellill get gas across the street

The night clerks put a sign up saying store was closed for 20 minutes due to systems updating for a new day of business. Since the only other station within walking distance was closed until 4am, I was okay waiting.OVER 40 MINUTES LATER and the clerks put up another sign saying the store was closed until 8am...didn't make eye contact with the group of strangers that formed in the cold wind all that time, no explanation or apologies...nothing.Hopefully there was actual system issues and this wasn't their way of not dealing with the Friday Night Drinks...do better guys!

Just moved in this area and this is the hoodest shell I've ever been to. The worker are rude, there's always a female that seem like she does not work there behind the register chilling on the counter. Took awhile to get to off of the freeway. We thought it would be closer. Seems to be a frequently used gas station used for rental car return fillups prior to airport departure. Plenty of space and has what you would expect.

The gas price at this station is usually priced higher as compared to other gas stations. At least that’s my observation! Second they always have an issue with their credit system. Like why wouldn’t you get it fixed? I would NOT get gas here at all but good place to get a subway!

They price gouge. Prices are always 20 cents higher than any surrounding gas station. I don’t know why anyone would go here.

This place shows absolutely no sympathy for veterans who are in need. Why did I risk my life and fight for a country and it's freedom to be treated like this. My car had a flat tire to the rim.. I parked right in front of the machine to get air... after realizing I had taken out my debt card at home and forgot to put it back in my wallet, I only had 2 dollar bills and 2 quarters in my car. This air machine only takes quarters.. I went inside and asked the cashier for quarters for the 2 one dollar bills.. she said she doesn't have any and pointed to a sign that says no quarters.. the subway in the store has a machine that dispenses the change, no help... it took about 15 min to get change for the bills.. I put the 2 dollars and it worked but there wasn't enough pressure for it to pump it up.. it did absolutely nothing.. now I have .50 cents. I went inside and told the lady what happened and see if she can press the button to make it work.. she said button broke months ago.. I asked her if it's OK if I leave it there for a few hours so I can go home and get my Jack. She said I can't leave it there more than an hour.. I told her I live an hour away and she said I'm sorry I can't have it block the machine just in case if somebody wants to use it. I told her it's broken who's gonna use it? She told me that she's not going to argue with me and that I need to move it.. so they don't have any quarters, their button to turn the machine on is broken, I have a complete flat, come to find out my spare js flat, I don't even have a jack, and then my wife calls me and tells me that our kid is sick and I need to pick him up from school and also my service animal was being brought to me at 3:30pm.. So I backed my car up straight back on the rim and just my luck it was handicap-able parking.. I didn't care. I had one somewhere.. I took an Uber to go pick my son up from school then Ubered home just in time for my service dog to get there.. well then I had to take my son to the hospital because of a high fever.. at 9:30 pm I called this f-in place to let them know what was going on with my kid and asked if I can deal with it tomorrow and they said no they will tow my car for being handicap even after telling her I have a handicap sticker... so now I'm waiting for my wife to get here to the hospital and I have to take an Uber to try and fix the flat. I swear to god, if my service animal wasn't with me today. I would've been hospitalized today..
