I come here almost weekly for my groceries but my experience last night with Charles makes me want to shop elsewhere. He was cussing up a storm about his job and coworkers, he was extremely hostile and was constantly mocking the person on the register next to him. Then, he mocked me. Twice. My partner was bagging our groceries because there wasn't a bagger, and I said "you're good at this" to my partner. Charles responded in a mocking manner "meh meh meh meh" like a child. He also muttered "go die in a f*cking car accident" I genuinely understand being frustrated at work but I wouldn't ever wish death upon a customer for simply buying groceries. And maybe he was saying it about someone else but it definitely felt directed towards me.

Why is this entrance so cluttered and messy with snacks? Sheesh!!! As soon as, you walk in, it's giving claustrophobic vibes from the start!!! Anyway, this location is perfect and always has been, as this is a busy section but has fast service. The employees are always nice and catering. They have all of their shelves fully stocked. It's rare that you go here to look for a particular item and not be able to find it. They have everything!!! I love this location because of this. Parking is onsite and appears to be safe. This honestly is my preferable location, to run in, and to grab a few things. (Comes out with a full shopping kart)

Went on a Sunday and they were out of the two major things on the front of their weekly ad. Hope they aren't allowed to buy Safeway/Albertsons They lure you in with cheap things that aren't there... shiny objects to trick consumers

Nate deserves employee of the month every month!! He was very helpful and took us right to the tiny travel items section. We need more people like Nate in the world.

Good fry's but they don't have tap to pay like they mentioned and gas is closed typically earlier than advertised

Purchased tomato bisque soup on 01/09/23 in the deli. on 01/13/23 I went back to return it due to some foreign objects in the soup. I got in line at the CS desk at the front of the store. There were 4 people ahead of me. Normal- I waited, but soon realized the one CS person was playing around quite a bit. Once it was my turn, I said I had a return of this soup due to these foreign objects in the soup (I had these in a small container) and I would like a ..... and at that point I realized that she was no longer even looking at me, she was looking over my shoulder and chatting with apparently a co-worker several feet away about what they had done on their break! huh? Finally, she places her elbow on the counter in front of me and says "I'm baaaack...!" I just kind of continued to ask for a refund of the soup. After that was processed, I handed her a $20 bill and asked for $20 in Mega Millions tickets. She said "20 tickets?" I said "10 draws, they are $2 apiece" She handed me my lottery ticket, NO CHANGE, and I left, pretty tired of this attempt to return some soup. Her name is ASHLEY. I did some shopping and left the store. I had to go out of town the next morning, On 01/14/2023, I called the store to report that I had been given a lottery ticket for $10 (5plays) and talk to a manager about Ashley's unprofessional behavior. I went through the phone tree and was to be directed to a manager. It was answered with "Hello, Fry's" I asked who I was speaking to. The female said "Ashely" I said that I was calling to speak to a manager. She replied "I am one" Awkward! I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to, she said "ok, hold on" I was on hold just less than 5 minutes and the phone call dropped. Who has time for this? Not me. On 01/ 19, I called the corporate number of 1-800 Krogers. I got a girl named Kelsey. I kept is short, just wanting to reach out to management regarding my experience. 2 minutes into the call- it was ..'dropped'. hmmm. I called back to the Fry's store after that, went through the phone tree, and got a nice girl named Veronica. She transferred me to a manager named Angela, who more or less listened, and did say Ashley (the beginning of the whole issue) was a front end manager) but she would have a meeting with her and other management, arrange for my $10 reimbursement (which is not even most important to me) and return my call within the next 24 to 48 hours. It has been 12 days since that conversation and I do not expect a call. I have lived in Tempe since 1983, but I simply will not shop at Fry's again. If management cannot follow through- where else are they dropping the ball? And Ashley, I will come through your CS line with a hidden camera and get your stunts on video.

Beware not handicapped accessible!! I have a nerve disorder (Arachnoiditis if interested )and they had no scooters at front of store. I asked the girl standing just inside if there were any while holding on to my walker she shrugged and walked off with out a word. I had to go back to car to get can as lifting a walker to go in a cart is laughable. I found one lady riding one in store and when I left one out in the heat to hot to touch. I read further down in another review the same issue. If you have mobility issues do not go to this store. Their Customer service is also extremely bad as at check out with my back screaming I could not lift my sodas or water to belt cashier asked bagger to scan them and she tried but did not move them to get bar code and hand back the scanner and he again asked her and she just scanned at nothing I had to in pain lift and turn everything as he snatched the scanner from her. Both were rude and non communicative. I will never return to a Frys again I will hit Safeway instead Beware again if you are handicapped

I went to this location three weeks ago on a Sunday night and I hadn't been shopping in ages because I just had ankle replacement surgery complete ankle replacement! First they had no handicap scooters to ride they were all dead!I had a huge cart overflowing, when I went to check out there was no cashier???I asked the man if I could get a cashier to which he said no and I told him about my ankle and I couldn't do self check out and he said there's no cashier and his manager said no so I proceeded to go to self check out I only could do half because my ankle was BEYOND SWOLLEN & KILLING ME!!!! I was hurting so badly this man had to help me several times but I had to ask this is the most unhelpful terrible Fry's in all of Fry's or Kroger the manager and the guy that works self check out night that night should be ashamed of themselves I will never go there again ever!

This location is an ABSOLUTE joke!!!!Do not shop here!!! We went last night, shelves were barely stocked. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!Also their product is absolute crap! Barely lasts a week!!!! Trader Joe's produce lasts over a week! Major difference!!Fresher "than fresh" my a$$!
