After years of going to this Chase, have never experienced such horrible customer service from Dianna and her team who is extremely stuck up, and a staff under her clock thats become as cold as she is. This team makes it a horrible experience and I will drive off if I see Diannas face again.

Everytime I come to use the atm I can't get in and the outside one is off, I didn't realize that when they close at 5pm they shut everything down. What kinda ridiculous mess is this? I've used chase for years and regardless of time I'd be able to go to atleast use one of the atms anywhere else. Awful.

This bank and the people that work there are garbage. Very rude, not helpful at all, and I would suggest that anybody looking for a decent bank search elsewhere.

7/22/2023This is my neighborhood Chase branch. It is also the branch I've done transactions with as a branded business. In my personal life, as a customer, I would look forward to my interactions with the staff. They were unique and well suited for this area. My neighborhood also includes the main buildings of Arizona State University as well as student housing. This year the staff were exchanged for a new crew. I dont know where they came from but I do know that they are ill suited for this cosmopolitan location.Very short and very rude. The new manager is exactly what we don't want our students to have to encounter. Behavior is key when doing business with our foreign students, in particular. It takes knowledge, experience, critical thinking and heart.Assuming that she is following the law and treating every customer in a similar manner, then my own experience is a troubling indicator that our students are not getting the demeanor they should be. However, I have my doubts that her demeanor stays consistent. I got the impression she was not happy. Or perhaps, not happy serving me. ?Which I think is much closer to the truth. I only had two visits and my second time was just as bad as the first.Feeling repelled, I have taken my transactions to the pedestrian friendly ATM in the drive thru.I would recommend that she be exchanged for a manager more qualified for this area of town.If not that, then at least a brief tutorial in etiquette and the standards that should be upheld as an employee of a service establishment.*Update*8/05/23I recently found myself having to go into a Chase branch so I went to my new location at 444 W Broadway. However, they are not open on Saturday. Terror began to strike, realizing I would have to return to my old branch that I found so offensive. Resolving and accepting that my day was about to be ruined, I went. However, that would not be my fate that day.I was pleasantly suprised to be greeted by a teller named Jesus. I was struck by how overwhelmingly charming and professional he was. Very much like the staff who used to work here.I was relieved to find that things were more balanced than during my last experiences. One of the most striking things about the change in staff was the sudden lack of diversity. I am not aware of every employee, but the last few visits I made were the first where I encountered this on any particular shift at this location.I get anxious when I walk into an establishment and I see this. That may be one of the reasons why I was so unhappy previous. What I do know is that I feel a lot of warmth when a place mirrors its clientele. Just in time as the fall semester has arrived.

Mayra the teller was surprisingly rude. She acted like a brat teenager high on pain pills. Weird stuff.. In general, everyone else is normally pretty nice and accommodating though!

1. Calls in a day ahead for natory. The bank says come in tomorrow between 9-11.2. Takes morning off from work to get notary done.3. Walks in to the bank4. Denied notary because they are understaffed. When asked about the call, the lady says she isn't obliged since notary isn't mandatory.5. Come after 10 days since she is going on leave next week

Banker Cierra is super helpful, friendly, and customer focus. She is willing to stand in the customer's shoes, fight for the customer, and is prepared to solve difficult problems others cannot. It's Chase's honor to have her on the team. I appreciate having her in this community and wish her the best!
