Corporate really needs to get involved if they care at all about their locations. I would be shocked if this location has a management team. There is hardly anyone working there. No one cares to keep up with appointments. You’ll just end up sitting in the lobby forever before someone even approaches you to see what you are there for.

Awful bank Never any help New employees every other week We add checks for deposits 3 times Checked 2 times Tellers drop checks on floor Counter never works Yet our deposit every other week is off Awful service

Had an appointment to make 2 additional accounts. Waited 30 mins in the lobby, no one came out to greet or ask what we needed. In fact no one came over at all. No one answers the phone either. This is a BANK where you handles people's money and accounts. Do better!

Poor service. Staff need more education and training. No one answers the phone. Hard to reach anyone over the phone. bankers can not fix problems. Comparing to other banks i will rank them very low.

We were greeted by Sean with such enthusiasm and welcoming spirit. Once he knew the services we needed he offered to schedule us to be seen by their next representative and he gave an acceptable explanation why the wait was going to be 45 minutes long. We decided to wait and sat down. The time flew by since we kept busy. We were then greeted by Laly who was welcoming and enthusiastic as well to assist us. I explained to her the reason we were there and relayed to her that my brother who was deaf needed to update his banking information since he just recently moved to AZ. Although we hit a road block and she exhausted all she could. She introduced us to Chris the branch manager to see if possibly he could help. Unfortunately, he kindly explained the reason why he was unable to override the system. We completely understood and we are very grateful that Bank of America employees follow their banking policy and procedures with the upmost protection to their customers. At the end of the day we were provided with some information and we are very grateful for that. Thank you Laly, Chris and Sean for the kindness and outstanding customer service you provided to my brother and I!

HORRIBLE management HORRIBLE customer service and on top of that their ATM FRONT MACHINE gets your money and “breaks down” doesn’t give you a balance and you’re done ! Yes happened to my family and I deposited almost 1000 dollars to pay my Rent and now I have to wait 10 business days to get MY money back while they do their “researching” . Closing all my accounts with them and family members also will not be doing business with BANK OF AMERICA. Shame on you and your LYING MANAGERS!!! If I could give -0 stars I would.

The bank was busy, so I used the ATM. The bank has moved the ATM to a spot closer to the entrance where it is covered. The machine is easy to read thanks to the large font.

The line was a little long and it was busy but they were able to help me where other BOA branches didn't want to. They also had more than 1 teller working, which is a rare sight at a bank of America.Shawn was nice and helpful and prompt.

I come here about twice a week and wait in line for 30+ min everytime. I make cash mostly all the time and I need teller assistance with a counter as it is too much to use the atms without doing several transactions. I am seriously so fed up with this location. They only put 1 teller up there and will have 10 people waiting in line. It's frustrating. If I were you, id choose a different location for quicker service.

Just shut this branch down. They have no clue about Bank of America procedures or culture. I went there to ask if someone can help me to track my cards why I didn't get then and they say we don't know, we don't have anyone that is specialized to check that? What? Are you guys bank of America or No? Literally has no answered. I am giving 1 start because at least he gave me a number to call but my problem was not solve and I had a trip coming in Europe and I don't have cards with me neither for my bussiness neither personal. This is ridiculous.And yes ofcourse 1 teller, poor lady seemed trying to swim in a storm.Just shut it down so you will have less location with 1-2 start reviews ok?
