Walmart Pharmacy Rocks!! They fill and refill RX carefully and quickly.. What a revelation!

Filled meds here and they had the quantities incorrect. Even the Senior Tech couldn't get it right!! If I wasn't a Pharm Tech they would shorted me on my daughter's medicine. Not acceptable.

I've gave this pharmacy many chances, but they are far from impressive. My doctor never gets refill requests from them no matter how many times I have to request it get sent for approval. The automatic phone service is a waste of time. Due to the fact that they never get my refill requests, I went to pick up a medication and it was not ready (as usual) and I was told they could fill it right away if I would just have a seat. Trying to be understanding, I had a seat. 45 minutes passed and not one employee made any mention my medication was ready. I stood in the long line again to ask if my medication was ready and they said it was. I asked why I was not made aware it was filled and they told me they don't page people in the store. I told them I was sitting in the spot they indicated me to wait for my medication the whole time. Did they expect me to just continue to go to the back of the line to ask if it was ready over and over again until it was? It is difficult to not pressure and be pushy with a business when they have the worst communication and customer service. Anthony is especially rude at this location.

This group at this store have all went out of the way to serve me. They have called my doctor to get meds when doctor did not send in prescription in when needed. They have correct doctors error about mixing drugs that did not go together well.They text me when they have prescriptions ready. They have quickly filled a prescription when I have hand carried it in. I have never waited for pickup more than a few minutes. You can order on line and get the order the next day. Also me and my wife have got out flu shots there. They give great service and are very busy but take time for you. What more could you ask.

Debbie the "customer service" manager should not be a leader and this location. I am not sure if she is at this location any longer. This upper leadership team needs to look at who they have as leaders. They are lucky I returned my business and did not take my actions further than Walmart's head office. Do not expect any earth shattering results when they have "managers" treat customers like dirt! Mind you for their mistakes and not training staff properly! FINALLY a human got back to me after days! Results were lack luster and no recovery efforts from Walmart and no follow up on Debbie the "Customer Service" manager. Store manager did handle in store correctly which I appreciate however train better leaders!

I felt awful when we walked up because right in front of me was a very aggressive and angry woman yelling at the technician helping her. No matter how calm and apologetic he was it only fueled the fire. To me watching this I not only felt sympathy for the poor guy I was already impressed with how he handled himself. He continued to try and help her the best he could and never got angry or rude back. After a few moments he was able to help me. Great service and no wait time. It took a bit longer because of issues with a workman's comp claim, but he was a great help and was able to find all the information regarding the claim with just a few simple answered questions from me. I left very thankful and very happy. This has changed my view on the service level at where I usually get my prescriptions filled and will be changing over very soon.
