We started off having great experiences the last 2 years with Sherwin Williams. However the last 2 trips we have made the last couple of months. They have giving us the wrong paint. And didn’t realize until we started painting. Super frustrating. Also the last time we were in they said they don’t have the paint underneath our account. We’ve bought it numerous of times at this location. Now we are just going to keep our empty paint cans to make sure we get the right paint. We just ended up repainting our entire wall with the color they gave us. I believe it was the wrong base maybe. But they didn’t have our previous ones so who knows which sheen or base it originally was. Very frustrating paint is expensive. Now we will slowly be repainting our house so that everything matches. Only costing us an extra $800.

Jessica was insanely busy and professional and helpful- with only 30 minutes left til closing the phone was non stop and lots of people in the store yet she handled it all as cool as a cucumber- I will continue to shop here thanks to Jessica!

I like Sherwin Williams paint in general because of the quality. I shop here because of the people. One special note. I came in yesterday to buy more paint for my living room. I have a pamphlet showing the different paint schemes. I had bought 3 gallons of a macadamia color paint, and 1 gallon of white ceiling paint over the last month. I wanted a gallon of tiki hut paint plus additional supplies. Somehow, he and or I misunderstood what I asked for. He was very polite and made me the correct color once I saw that the first gallon he prepared wasn't what I wanted. He did not charge me for that. He could have and I would not be upset because it could have asked me to buy both. Either way, due to his customer service, I will continue to shop here over any other part store. I still have two more rooms to paint. I hope management knows they have really good people working there.

Cassidy really helped me select the right tools and paint I needed to correct a DIY paint project gone wrong! My lesson learned: painting isn't as easy as it looks. I'm definitely hiring the pros to paint in the future.

This location is much more equipped and stocked than the Litchfield store, but the service is much slower. Just wanted one gallon of exterior coating mixed and was there almost 20 minutes with one other person being helped. They may have been preparing call-in orders, but there's no sense of urgency to getting people in and out. Be prepared to wait at this store - maybe it's why they serve coffee.

Decent enough but apparently they don’t carry 8oz samples anymore, would have been nice to know before they charged me for pint sizes that I didn’t need.
