I've been to several eyeglasses shops lately trying to find a style I wanted. None of them offered any help. I came to this store as a lark today and had the best service I could ask for. Joseph helped me find the right frames and made the process easy and enjoyable.

Lenscrafters at 13706 W Beii in Surprise is undoubtedly the best vision store I have ever visited. The customer service and expert professionalism is better than any other vision store. Joe Tapia, the manager, went out of his way to assist me in repairing a pair of glasses. It was a small fix but he treated me like I was his only customer. Now that is true service! If you have any vision issues at all. please visit this locatio. It is the best.

Joseph Tapia at the Surprise AZ location stepped up immediately to resolve an issue in regards to my eye prescription versus eyewear lense limits. He was very knowledgeable and worked out an option that allowed me to purchase the frames that met my vision needs for golf and one I preferred. Definitely will return to him for our next purchase.

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Hanna D. At this location! She showed so much patience and helped me pick out the sunglasses and prescription glasses that I not only liked but loved! I was very happy with the help I received from Sue & Ricardo when looking for frames & getting the right progressive lenses for both glasses & sunglasses. They were very helpful in helping me pick out the right frames & very knowledgeable on what lenses I should purchase. They took their time with me & did not rush me in any way. I was very happy with the services they provided.

Lina Carcamo helped my son pick his perfect frames. She went above and beyond to help him find his perfect colors. When we couldn't find them she went online to help look. She was so very patient and supportive and a good listener for details and very friendly. Thank you for hiring such lovely staff, techs and the doctor. They were just as friendly and kind as Lina. I would highly recommend this location.

I had an Rx Raybans with a loose screw and it fell off after two years, called Tegan and they repaired it for free ???
