Dr.Badria is just wonderful! She made my mom feel super comfortable. She was so kind and patient. Wish I could say the same about the girl who checked us in, seems like we caught her on a bad day :/ Dr was awesome tho & the other girl who took us for measurements/tests before seeing the Dr was sweet & outgoing.

The optometrist and office staff were great.
The people where you go to pick up your glasses were unprofessional. I could hear how they spoke to other customers while I waited to pick up my glasses. When it was my turn, the girl was in a rush and not very personable. After trying on the glasses, I could tell the frames needed adjusting. She told me the glasses were fine, it was my face that was crooked. I took them home and adjusted them myself. I will never go back.

Maria with the membership department really took care of us and made sure to break down our options but the thing that impressed us the most was her countenance, you can tell she has a great light about her. Grateful to have experienced that interaction, make sure she climbs your ranks because that's who you would want to represent the company! We are going to make a point when we return to look out for her.

**Pharmacy** I went in to get my son's medication and received the the most unprofessional, awful service. After standing in line for several minutes at the pharmacy with a sick kid, pregnant, and low blood sugar, Rosa at the register was rude and told me she couldn't ring up my box of cheez-its with my meds but I was welcome to go stand in the main line to check out for the one box of cheez-its. I know they CAN ring it up because they've rang other non- pharmacy items up for me before. At the very least, her attitude was awful. I'd go somewhere else next time!

Racism, Classism, or just plain rudeness?I’ve been to this Costco location a few times; the greeter at the front opening is always lovely and friendly with greetings. However, I can’t say that for the optical department. I attempted to get lenses in a pair of frames a couple of weeks ago and today. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the optical department, took a number, and waited; I wasn’t greeted; they asked what they could do for me. When I mentioned I wanted a lens in my frames, the person looked at me, looked at the frames, and said they could not insert lenses into the frames because they were afraid of damaging the Bluetooth frames. The young lady said I could try another optical place, but their (Costco) vendor can not do work on this type of frame, but if I had another pair of frames, they could accept them and input lenses. Well, today, I brought in with me a pair of regular frames; Lena and Linda were somewhat rude and dismissive of me when speaking to me about my frames. First of all, I waited for roughly ten minutes while Linda answered the phones as I leaned on the counter. As if every call that came through was more important than me. Lena eventually came to the counter and asked, what do I need? I paused for a minute before speaking. I really wanted to say something rude, but I was nice and polite. I said I would like to get a pair of lenses for my frames. Lena was already shaking her head no before she opened the frame box, and then she took the frames to Linda, and Linda stated, no, they cannot work on them. I provided a regular pair of frames, and I was told they could not do these frames either. This time, the excuse was their optical lab could not work on cold mount frames. Whatever that means. I mentioned to Lena and Linda that other optical stores sell this frame, and I was assured a couple of weeks ago I could return with another type of frame, yet this frame is an issue as well. So, my question is, what really is the issue?Recapping from the first time after Costco, I took the frames to Sam’s Club; it was not a problem; the representative stated they could input the lens. However, I wanted to try a few other places to see what they said. Target and Walmart stated the same: they could do it, no problem. So, now with the regular pair of frames, Costco Optical has a problem with my regular frames and Bluetooth frames. But none of the other optical departments have a problem. Sounds a little strange to me, because they all outsource to an optical lab. Both frames are frames that I purchased on Amazon for less money, but they sell the frames at Target and Walmart as well. they are the same frames I’ve seen at Target and Walmart, but for more money. Anyway, I have written a few reviews; I don’t think I have ever called someone racist or insinuated a person is racist because I feel that is very hard to define on a person in such a small timeframe. Therefore, I can’t say these encounters mount to racist behaviors. However, there’s a pattern here, and I’m not sure if it’s racism or classism (because I dressed very casually) or is it just flat-out plain rudeness. I would like to think that both encounters with various people were just rude people demonstrating poor customer service….. If this is the case, Costco, please get your business in order. As I went to other optical places, I was greeted and treated very nicely, and they thanked me for coming in; I can’t say that for Costco Optical. I eventually took the frames to Walmart on Lake Pleasant Parkway.

This Costco was so unethical. My mother and my father got harassed by one of the employees. She was profiling, my parents just because they had 1, maybe 2 face tattoos. They didn't count anybody else's.We did not look suspicious at all either.They had no reason to harass us. I don't know what her name is but it's the lady right when we check out right when you walk out the store I was assaulted. I was being bullied, it hurt. But everyone else is okay.

When I went to the vision center at the Waddell AZ location and I saw my number was pretty far away from the number being called, and I could understand it could be a wait. What I could not understand is that two employees were cleaning and putting glasses away and another was chatting with her co worker commenting on her shiny hair instead of helping the customers who were waiting. I waited for fifteen minutes and NO ONE'S number was called. This incident was the icing on the cake for the previous time that my husband went to the same Costco to ask about his glasses prescription. The guy said they didn't make them and to go to the Costco that did. We were at the Costco that made them, but went to the Peoria store to see what they could do, and Sarah, behind the counter, was more than helpful. She told us ANY Costco could rectify the problem. All in all, I think the vision center at the Waddell AZ location is a waste of time.

I am beyond grateful to Dr. Badria for her patience and expertise in transforming my vision from blurriness and dry eyes from progressive contacts to a life-changing experience of perfect eyesight with mono contacts. Her compassionate care and dedication to finding the right solution made all the difference. She has truly changed my life for the better and thanks to her I have crystal clear vision now without any issues and I can't thank Dr. Bradia enough.

This review is for the food court area. Ordered food and shockingly there was quite a few tables available but they were all dirty. There was another family trying to find a clean table but they were all really dirty.There was an employee refiling lids and i asked him if there is someone who can clean them. He said he would go let someone know but he continued to refill lids. He said thry hadnt been cleaned all day and said he thinks the person who was supposed to clean them called out. My thoughts were sooo no one else can go clean them?! No one wants to sit and eat where there other peoples mess. Its gross. No one came to clean them. We love Costco but its an added bonus when u can enjoy their food at clean tables

If you don't show your membership immediately you'll be attacked like a criminal LOL I prefer sams club Not sure what's the deal with the types of people that come to Costco, they're all so rude, but employees are nice just super strict on their rules

If you care about the rims on your car I recommend finding tires somewhere else. Also, they destroy the tires when they take them off my front tires still had 6 mm of tread depth which would still have a lot of miles left on them. They told me while removing they put holes in the tire so they could not give them to me. I wanted to keep the tires just in case if something happened to the new tires so I would have a replacement tire.
