Nice showroom, knowledgeable staff. This place probably isn’t the cheapest in town, but at least they HELP you! Not all of us are knowledgeable about plumbing gadgets and supplies, so i was pleased to find this store. Highly recommend.

After 3 trips to Home Depot, stopped by Central Supple in Surprise. I needed Mansfield flush valve gaskets. They charged me $6.58 each for an item readily available on line for about $3. I was in a rush and totally my fault. But just so others know, not recommended. Pitiful..

Teresa was great to work with even when Delta faucet company would not. Purchased a higher end faucet set from Central AZ and the design by Delta was terrible and the water splattered all over. Called Delta and they said it's normal and "water splatters". OMG. Called Central AZ, Teresa looked at the video of my faucet and said, "No way". She took the defective product back and replaced faucet with a better system. So great to work with them . Buy local folks!

This is the most knowledgeable plumbing store in the area. They are friendly and really know how to provide suggestions that work for my house. Jim and Matt are great.

Friendly and fast, took less than 5 minutes to find the Moen part I needed and it was cheaper than the manufacturer website listed

Came in with my husband and two toddlers as were working with Teresa my husband asked if there was any way she could get our quote done today so we could make payment today sense we live 40 minutes away. Another employee who turned out to be the store manager walks out his office and says we have to leave we’re not welcomed in any of the stores and they’re not doing business with us anymore. While waiting for the supervisors number to complain about the service another gentleman came out and said to leave and made a bigger scene. Cops were called on us by the employees and when they arrived they we’re laughing when explaining the situation. I felt so bad my kids were scared, they waisted the cops time when they could be helping a true crime, waisted our time and lost a good purchase. Not sure if he was just having a bad day but that’s not how you treat a customer especially as a manager. Many people in the reviews had said they have bad customer service and I understand now.

The counter sales people are very experienced and well knowledged for all of your plumbing needs, and are able to get you pretty much any part you need to make your DIY project simple, and ultimately affordable. This is where the quality plumbers shop. Yet they're happy to help out homeowners with basic needs. There's also a small showroom In the building, with a fantastic selection of some of the best decorative plumbing products in the industry. Be sure to consult with them on your next remodel, or even if you're just replacing a faucet or two. Locally owned with locations throughout the Valley, Central Arizona Supply is a great resource!

Just left 3 employees and not one greeted us or asked if I needed help. Stood at counter in front of them for 3.5 minutes. Never again , me or my friends will be shopping here ! Wow the owner should know how much money his employees throw out the window do to lack of customer care . Here I will help you . Hello how can I help you ? That easy !

This was the first and last time I will go into the store. I have a very simple project that I’m working on and was asking for a little bit of direction, their advice was to spend nearly $1000 rather than $40. The man behind the counter was very rude and condescending and expects everybody that is not a plumber to fully understand plumbing terminology. Maybe if you’re a professional this would be a good place to go but not if you were just an individual working on your own small projects. By the way, I was looking to buy product from them not just get free advice.
